Eaglepaw nodded, scanning the move in his mind. He remembered when he was a kit, the apprentice's would do their moves on each other in camp. "Got it." He murmured, replaying it over in his mind until he was positive he would get it right on his first try.

"Why don't you try it on this?" Suggested Krystalstripe, dangling a clump of moss infront of Eaglepaw's face.

Eaglepaw nodded, crouching he let his claws slide out, then put them back in, just in case he accidentally hit Krystalstripe. He lunged forward, bringing his paw down just like his mentor showed him.

Krystalstripe's eyes gleamed with pride. "Good job! Now let's try something else." She suggested. "Let's try the Front Paw Blow. Keeping your claws sheathed, bring your paw down on your opponents head." Searching around the clearing, she found a fairly large rock, and dragged it back to where Eaglepaw was standing. "Do what I do, but on the rock." Instructed Krystalstripe, who was bringing her paw down so hard it would've crushed a badger head.

"Whoa, your really strong." Eaglepaw murmured, nodding as he once again scanned the move in his head, invisioning himself doing it.

"It all comes with experience." Purred Krystalstripe. "You're making good progress, Eaglepaw. Getting tired yet?" She asked.

"Kinda, let's go over one more move, then I'll be ready to sleep." Eaglepaw replied, crouching.

"Okay. The last one for tonight is the Belly Rake. I would show you the Back Kick, but we'll do that tomorrow. This one is more important." Said Krystalstripe. "If you are pinned under an opponent, slice their belly. Just make sure that your claws are unsheathed during battle. Hm.. How should I demonstrate this one?" She asked, then decided they would just use imaginary warriors again. "Watch this." Ordered Krystalstripe. Rolling over on her back, she swiped her claws, which were unsheathed, a little over her head, where another warrior's belly might be.

"Okay." Eaglepaw said, for the third time scanning the move in his mind.

"Good," Said Krystalstripe. "Let's get back to camp. We can hunt more tomorrow."As Krystalstripe stood next to Eaglepaw, she let her pelt touch his.
