Clawheart looked suspiciously at Brightpaw, then decided the barely-apprentice wasn't any danger. He approached and tried for a grin. He bared his teeth instead. His eyes were dark with distrust. He was surprised he hadn't scared her away yet.

Pineclaw looked up in surprise as he was announced as Stonepaw's mentor. He hadn't been told about this. Then again, why would he have been? He wasn't the leader's mate and deputy anymore, not in this clan. He flicked his ears, getting to his paws and walking towards the newly named apprentice.

Skypaw noticed his wariness. Backing away from him she growled lightly. " Your a liar, you haven't been in camp! I know! And why are you acting all weird?" The she cat said with a deep glare. Really? Did he think she was dumb? Now she was getting mad at him.

Loudpaw shook his head. "I have been in camp. But I-I have something to tell you, but you have to promise not to be mad at me, or follow me." he meowed, voice dropping to where on she could hear him. Dear StarClan, please don't let this break out friendship. Coming back to the Clan would be heartbreak! he pleased silently, closing hid deep amber eyes and allowing the sadness and sorrow to show. His shoulders slumped and his whiskers drooped, his tail stilling and drawing close to his side. The well-muscled and large tom looked small, worried even.

Skypaw growled, she stepped back. Finally spotting her mentor she began to move towards him, stopping once to look back. " Yeah, whatever. Go ahead don't trust me and lie to me. What's next? You'll probably run away from the clan. Betray us, wait no. Maybe it's me you think will do that." The she cat said leaping off, she sat beside her mentor and sighed.
