Shadowclaw sighed seeing that Ghostkit was afraid of what he was going to do. "I understand that you wanted to play with Rosekit but I need to know where you are." He said with a warm smile hopeing that Ghostkit understood it was only because he cared about him.

Rosekit felt terrible now," I'm sorry... It was my fault. I led him out here... I didn't mean to get him into trouble"

Ghostkit nudged Rosekit, "it's not your fault, It's mine..." he said protectively. He followed his father.

Shadowclaw smiled looking down at Ghostkit glad to see him takeing responsibility as well as protecting his new friend. "I promise that neither of you are in trouble as long as you promise not to go off alone without telling us again." He said hopeing that both the kits and Thunderclaw would be happy with his terms feeling that he could not force himself to punish them anyway.

thunderclaw nodded approvingly at this notion. "rosekit, you may go and play with ghostkit in the medicine den with the others," he looked at her, she would never return a glance."that is of course if shadowclaw allows you." he said.

rosekit felt calmed and soothed at his touch and heard her fathers voice. her ears pricked and her heart was filled with anticipation at what shadowclaw would say. she listened to the wind and felt a small chill that shook her spine momentarily.

heatherstep emerged from the warriors den and stretched. she looked around for someone. she was beginning to miss her old home. she had gotten off on the wrong foot here.. she tried effortlessly to make it up but never could. she walked into the woods to hunt. sniffing the air.

Ghostkit's tail twitched in his bursting happiness that he wasn't getting in trouble."Can I dad? Puh-leeeeease!?" He asked hoping the answer would be yes, because he liked her... a lot.

Shadowclaw looked down at Ghostkit and Rosekit with a smile knowing he couldn't say no to the two kits. "Of course she can come with us we are going back to the medicine den to get your brothers and sisters before going back to our den." He said remembering that the other kits had wanted to leave the cramped den wanting Thunderclaw to know where they were going to be.

Ghostkit skipped excitedly, ready to go. "c'mon Rosekit!" he said happily as he ran out the door not waiting for anyone else.

rosekit smiled happily and feeling the ground vibrations, sensed where shadowclaw stepped, strong and firm, while she traced and followed ghostkits dusted fluttering ones. she smiled and giggled as she followed. she loved being with ghostkit.

Shadowclaw smiled watching Ghostkit and Rosekit run around glad to see that his kit had already made a good friend stopping at they made it to the medicine den. "You two go ahead to our den I will get the others." He said quickly padding into the den. "It is time for us to leave." He called out turning to look at all of his kits makeing sure they were all comeing.

Moonkit and Larkkit turned from Dawnkit and Sunkit running up to thier father. "Can our friends come with us?" Moonkit asked looking up with big pleading eyes.

Shadekit turned from Coonkit and the mossball sadly not wanting to leave her. He ran up next to Moonkit joining her in waiting for their fathers answer hopeing Coonkit could come with them.
