Tricklestep watches as a small kit slides out onto the floor of the nursery, he licks it for a while until it starts breathing, then he places a paw back on her stomach "Your gonna be fine…oh! The second one is coming, push" he says to Autumnrain, wrapping his tail around the kit to keep it warm, then turns to his leader and chuckles

Foxtail padded into camp and joined her brother. The two were rarely apart and Wolftooth seemed much happier with Foxtail around. Tigerkit chased a piece of moss around.

Autmnrain felt a rush of relif as the first kit came out.

Sagefur walked up. "Who's the father?" he asked. Inside he hoped it was him. "I don't know," answered Fernstar. "Cougerpelt! May I speak with you?"

Autmnrain looked at the first kit, She purred but stopped quickly.She closed her eyes and lay her head on the moss.She heard Cougarpelt.Autmnrain wanted to say that the faher was dead but she did not.
