Pikefang nodded. Of course; send the two that were closest with him in life to assist him to his final resting place. Kneeling down and picking up the scruff, the large tom waited for Arrowpaw and Ravenstar to grab their ends, his jade eyes locked on Pebblesteps eternally shut eyes.

Pikefang and Batpaw are awaiting a response

Snailpaw was pulled from her thoughts as the scent of herbs grew stronger and Batpaw's voice filled her ears. She looked up at him, but remained where she was.
"I didn't... know him that well. But that doesn't mean i wouldn't have ever wanted to." She shuffled her paws, glancing towards Arrowpaw. "I don't want this to happen any more. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. Someone messed up, and this is what happened." She had realized she was beginning to get upset, and she tried to have her fur lay flat. "What about you?" She met his gaze and winced slightly. Maybe she shouldn't have asked. "...Sorry."

Beetleclaw and Pigeonfeather were sitting outside their den. As the sun rose higher, the two padded towards the fallen warrior. As tradition, they were to also assist with the burial.
Pigeonfeather whispered a soft, "good-bye" to the tom before stepping up beside Pikefang. Beetleclaw helped assist Ravenstar.
