Backing up the former queen retreated into the warriors den. Eyes wild Cloverheart wasn't going to allow anyone near her, fear of her clanmates overtook reason.
(Rosetail ;-; now that I read it properly Sweets kill sounds like cute banter between mates.)

She looked at her clanmates. She shook her head. Her tail flicked. She stood up

(Cloverheart, and I'd like to explain why.
The clue was about blooms and plants, and if you think about it, Clover really fits that, as it's usually first thought of as a plant, but it does have flowers. For another thing, the first kill mentions that the cat didn't hunt. Cloverheart was still taking care of the kits then, and it's possible she only meant for it to be a quick walk which turned otherwise.
There's really nothing that says it wasn't her.
On the other hand, it mentions the cat throwing Blazenose off, which with Rosetail being an elder isn't very likely. Also, the cat had kits with a ThunderClan cat. Anyone notice Cloverheart doesn't have a mate listed with Silverpaw and Chivepaw?)

Rosetail looks at Silverfeather, her eyes dull, but a spark of life returns for a moment when she remembers that her daughter is still alive. "So much death," she sighs. "More than I've ever seen in my lifetime."

Lilystar was shaken, she didn't know why StarClan turned against them and her clan was dying out fast. Taking a deep breath, she glanced at the clan that was rest, fear on her face, knowing it was hopeless to have StarClan to help them.

Lilystar sighed, she knew she had to get rid of this cursed cat, but she wasn't sure who it was. Tail flicking, she stayed silent, not sure if she could trust anyone.

Lilystar peered at the three
cats surrounding her, her gaze
sad and her shoulders sagging.
One of them was the cause of
the destruction of her clan.
One of them was the reason
her brother was dead, and
her nieces. It was one of them.

Rosetail lifted her head from
behind Silverfeather and
Cloverheart. "I can't take
this anymore!" She gasped
out. "It's my fault!"

The other three turned their
eyes towards the elder faster
than Rosetail thought would
be possible. The elder flattened
her ears, her eyes watering. "I
didn't mean for this to happen.
Risenflame wasn't Sweetnose's
son. Starclan is punishing us...
because of me."

Silverfeather's face dropped.
"Risenflame isn't-- wasn't--
my brother?" She whispered,
her voice lowering menacingly.
"My sister is dead. My father
is dead. My brother is not my
brother? And now you tell me
that my mother was the cause
of all of this?!" Her claws
unsheathed, and Rosetail
flinched. The elder nodded
slowly.

Silverfeather let out a yowl
of outrage, leaping at her
mother. Rosetail, having only
retired to the elder's den after
Risenflame's death, managed
to get out of the way, escaping
with only a slashed tail.

She didn't stick around-- staying
would be a death sentence. Rose-
tail knew that Thunderclan was
where her pregnant daughter-in-law
had fled, but the elder didn't want
to see Risenflame's father ever again.
Instead, she angled herself away from
the clans.

Rosetail eventually made it to the
Twolegplace, where she was
captured by a kindly old twoleg.
She lived out the rest of her days
as a kittypet, before being killed
by a stray dog that she couldn't
run away from.

Congratulations, Riverclan!
You've successfully exiled the
cursed cat! However, with
so few cats left, and no toms,
will Riverclan ever be the same..?
