She lowered her head and laid her ears back just a bit but didn't pin them as she looked away. She was saddened to hear that his mother who seemed so sweet, could die from such a horrible thing like a snake bite. "I'm sorry to hear that... I bet you miss her alot. huh?" She asked glancing up at him with her head still lowered.
