In the midst of the fighting, some cats don't realize they're back.
The returned cats can join in the fighting or stay to the sides.
The cats with a strike on their name on the front can be killed.

The silver bengal yowled in pain when he felt Bearfluff's claws digging into his sternum and ripped himself away, rolling on the ground. Coughs erupted from Ripplestar, and blood spilled from his mouth. More crimson droplets to cover the dying grass. "You couldn't begin to understand what it's like to lose a mate and a daughter," he snapped and used the rest of his strength to lash back at Bearfluff. Ripplestar's strikes were random and fast, but he was tiring. "No one ever told me who killed Mapleglow, and I refuse to believe that she stumbled off that cliff," he added with a growl. "And why would I use it as an excuse? I know Rabbitstar has done something to Nettlepaw." Ripplestar wheezed and backed away, his tail lashing. Before he could attack again, his legs wobbled and he fell to the ground.

He backed away quickly at the screech and fluffed out his pelt, unsure if the apprentice would attack. Tinyseal flattened his fur and inhaled deeply, murmuring, "I... I'm not sure. One of our caregivers died I think..." Sadness filled his eyes as he glanced onto the battlefield and saw Waterowl's body on the side, the kits protected by Creamflower. Tinyseal wished he could leap over all of the other cats and take the newborns, but he knew he should be patient. But he certainly wasn't in the right state.

lCedarshine was hard on the paws of the summitclan medicine cat apprentice, but instead of following her into the clearing her eyes spotted a familiar dark pelt and skidded to a frantic stop. She shoved down her feelings and rejoined Nettlepaw, keeping her pace even with the apprentice until she pushed passed her and hopped into the fray, her claws scraping across a fellow shoreclan cat as they loomed over a summitclan apprentice, hissing with rage. She turned and saw a familiar pelt that was surrounded by summitclan cats. Brackenskip- Enough!" she stood between the two clan's cats, amber eyes blazing with fury, "Starclan refuses to stand by clans who would readily tear each other apart at the loss of clanmates!" she spat. "Look around you! You're breaking everything we stand for! And for what?" she searched her clanmate's gaze, silently pleading with him.

Bearfluff jerked back, his blue eye filled with horror as the leader fell back, bleeding from his mouth. "N-no, Ripplestar wait! How many lives do you have left? You have some left, right?" the thickly built tom panicked, his large paws pushing frantically against the leader's neck and chest. He glanced around, eyes wide, realizing with another wave of horror that both of the medicine cats were gone. He continued to push anyway, the blood of the Shoreclan tom washing over and through his paws. Bearfluff wailed, suddenly realizing the weight of what he'd done. "Summitclan are [i]not murderers," he whimpered one last time before his head dropped, defeat washing over him. I just took a leader's life..

Thistlepaw snarled when he noticed Blackpaw at his side. "I don't need your help, mouse brain!" he pummeled his paws against a Shoreclan cat's face and eyes and dropped back down to all four paws, his chest heaving from the effort. He saw Icewing laying in the dirt, blood pooling around her and his eyes widened in panic. A shoreclan molly he didn't recognize loomed over her and he screeched violently, 'Blackpaw, hurry- there-!" he only had a heartbeat to indicate with his amber eyes before he was bounding towards the thick-furred warrior, his snarling rabid as he launched himself at the dark shoreclan cat and bit at her flank, his ears flattened against his skull.

Thistlepaw growled as she turned on him and snapped at his paws, one of them getting nicked and the pain shot up his leg. The pain resided as Icewing pulled the molly off of him, but he felt the sticky gush as blood ran down his leg and pooled at his paws. His head swam and his mouth gaped slightly. He had never seen so much blood at once, and suddenly the intense smells of angry cats and the rusty smell of their blood filled his nostrils, the tom leaning to the side as he struggled to remain upright.

Ravenkit whimpered with terror as fighting broke out around him, the sounds of yowling and screeching filling his ears and making him curl up into Creamflower's body, the strange kits she told him to be gentle with looking just as lost and frightened, as young as they were. Trembling, he slunk over to the nearest kit and curled up against Dewkit, offering the warmth of his body and grooming her still-damp body, seeing his mother often do this to her siblings when they were afraid.

icewing bit the she-cat's right ear before running over to thistlepaw. "thistlepaw. stay with us. you just need to fight through the pain." a feeling of guilt weighed heavy in her chest, she knew that she had been the one to get the fight started and that she had been the reason thistlepaw had been harmed. icewing turned on her heel and looked at willowdusk before looking back at the apprentice. she slowly took off some of the cobweb that had been covering her deep shoulder wounds and placed it on his leg. the wound was no where near healed, but her left shoulder wasn't bleeding as much as it had been before.
the thick-furred molly gave him a small sad grin before running over to tigerbloom would had injured mapleheart severely. she jumped up behind tigerbloom, landing on the she-cat's shoulders and letting out a deep hiss, almost like a growl, and refused to let her claws leave the she-cat's pelt.

Everything was a blur from the moment they'd arrived, it seemed to be going well until something like a switch flipped Ripplestar's attitude. He'd declared war, that they attack them. At a gathering no less, if Starclan wasn't already displeased, now they were. Hesitantly, he had leapt into battle. He had kept a close eye on his apprentice throughout the whole thing, mostly assisting his clanmates who seemed to be in trouble. His attention only snapped away when he saw Bearfluff and Ripplestar facing each other, letting out a yowl of alarm as Bearfluff's claws reached Ripplestar. He raced towards them, Ripplestar's body falling just as he landed. "No! Ripplestar, please, no.." He called softly, standing over his friend's body as he glared daggers toward Bearfluff. If he had felt forgiveness for the deputy before, it was all but gone now. "Get away from him!" he hissed, "All of you blood-thirsty murderers!"

Hornetshade had dove himself into battle without a second thought, eager to show that he could hold his own as a new warrior. And he did, until attention was snapped to Bearfluff and Ripplestar, and then as if on cue he caught a look at Nettlepaw. Nettlepaw? How was she here? He weaved his way through the battle to get towards her, trying to avoid any claws aimed his way. "Nettlepaw! Where have you been?" he called to the she-cat. "Your father just accused us all of being murderers and then attacked us!" his voice was raised so that she was able to hear him as he looked back on the battle. It looked horrible, worse than it did when you were actually in it.

The leader's light green gaze met Reedstrike, and he smiled sadly. "Only Starclan can judge us," Ripplestar wheezed and exhaled his last breath. His body went still. Mapleglow... was his last thought as his spirit briefly joined Starclan.

As she got back to the clans, with the other cats, she looked the bloodshed with a horrified "No this can't be?" she murmured to herself. She looked over to her leader Ripplestar who was battling with Bearfluff, but the large tom seems like he didn't want to fight him back "Ripplestar, please..." she meowed walking closer to the two cats "stop this madness, this is wrong reason, wrong time and wrong moment, so please...everyone is back? so is your daughter...so please come to your senses" she meowed to him.
