He jumped out of the way a little clumsily, swatting at her with his paw. He was still for a second, thinking, but quickly shook his head and looked at his apprentice again.
Windpaw
The young she-cat padded through the forest silently. She caught a blackbird (though her timing was slightly off, so it called an alarm and scared most prey off) and moved on after burying it. She narrowly missed a squirrel, but after a while of searching, she finally caught another mouse with a nearly perfect pounce. Proud of her last catch, she went back and collected her prey, starting towards the training hollow.
(If they go in the hollow, might they run into the medicine cats?)

He hissed slightly, cursing under his breath. Hearing his mentor's praise pleased him, but he didn't say this. "Not good enough, apparently," he grumbled irritably.
Cosmopaw held back her yelp when Rivertail jumped out of the way, though she should have known he might have done that. She fumbled a little with her landing and her turning around was a little on the slow side.
Featherbreeze smiled as Windpaw caught her last pray before the warrior silently ran off. Sniffing the air, she quickly caught the scent of a squirrel. She moved quickly, yet quietly. Spotting it, she began to move close to it before she quickly pounced and give it a killing bite to the neck. Picking up the limp body, she turned around and began to make her way back to the training hollow.
(Oh. I didn't think of that. Yeah, I guess so.)
Cometshadow climbed off of Shadowpaw with a smirk,"I'm serious. You did well. You just need to work on a few things. For instance, when you are turning around to face your opponent, try to be a bit faster and lighter on your paws." He said.
