(they both leave cloudgaze and get together. cloudgaze weeps in a corner for the rest of her life lol)

"You'll leave me." Leopardstripe let put a sob. "Please don't leave me." He whispered, since that was the only way his voice didn't tremble or crack.

[Weredog]

Cloudgaze shook her head as she said, "No, no I won't leave you."

[PopcornWaffle]

Leopardstripe shook his head. "But you will. You will leave me because that's my luck." He sobbed. "You'll leave me because I'll do something stupid, and then Thrushleap will steal you." His voice was high pitched and full of air.

Everything was cold and sleep refused to come to him. The little tom sighed and studied his paws. Little, black furred, and raw from running so far over jagged rocks and snow. He heard voices outside the bush and stilled. Emberstorm had told him not to talk to strangers and run if they talked to him. So far it seemed they hadn't noticed him.

Thrushleap looked around, hearing rustling. Cloudgaze? "Cloudgaze?" she murmured, pushing some leaves aside before seeing the tiny kit. "Flamekit? Flamekit, what are you doing out here? Where is your mother?"

[Weredog]

Cloudgaze made a soft, whimpering sound of pain. Not physical pain, no, but emotional. Knowing that Leopardstripe distrusted her this much to not believe her when she said she wasn't going to leave him even after tracking him down through the cold and snow. "I won't. I already said I won't...I don't know what you want me to do to prove that to you." She said, her voice cracking with emotion, "I don't want to leave you but I can't live the rest of my life with a mate who is just waiting for me to leave him."
