Swiftspirit was briefly aware of a familiar presence curling up next to her, though it did nought to comfort her growing nightmare. The dark forest engulfed her and although she knew deep down it was a dream she found it impossible to escape from it. Unaware, the she-cat was thrashing around in her sleep. Moss flew everywhere, cluttering the warriors den, but in her mind this was the fur of the evil cats. After what seemed like moons but was mere seconds in the waking world, Swiftspirit had managed to pin a tom to the ground. He did not struggle but simply laughed hysterically as the black she-cat tore into his chest. Fur, fur, fur! No matter how fast she clawed or how forcefully she scratched, Swiftspirit could not reach the satisfying squelch of blood. Torments were whispered in her ears.
"Weakling, fox-heart!" One cat yowled.
"Worthless, mouse-dung!" Screeched another. Swiftspirit howled in her sleep.

Sorry I've been pretty inactive again. Such a busy time for me and I've been doing double shifts to get money for school so I'm stressing hard. Redstar was startled awake by a stirring in the Warrior's den. As she blinked in the dim light of the sunrise and remembered that she had fallen asleep with her clanmates, she noticed Swiftspirit in her nest. Unlike the night before, she had not been there when Redstar had fallen asleep. The she-cat twisted and turned restlessly in her slumber and Redstar watched for several heartbeats.
She must be having a nightmare... Though it wasn't always best to startle cats from their sleep, the patchy leader couldn't help herself and stuck out a paw to prod her friend in the side.
"Swiftspirit! Wake up!" She meowed, shaking her. She didn't bother keeping her tone down as it was nearly of the waking hour, anyways, and soon Krestlenose would surely rise to gather patrols.

Trying his best to stifled a yawn the young apprentice just sat there over the half-sorted herbs, he made attempts to continue with sorting the herbs but he kept drowsing off here and there, so letting out a yawn Covepaw lyed down not bothering to head over to his nest 'I'll....i'll just take a quick nap' he thought glancing at the herbs once more before shutting his eyes close and slipping off into slumber.

Swiftspirit gasped as something sharp prodded her in the side, and she gradually faded back into reality. The laughing drained away and the torments died down, but the shock did not go away. She was panting heavily whilst laid on her side and her eyes slowly opened. They were glazed with terror, and then relief, and then embarrassment as she realised what had happened. Redstar had woken her - for which she was grateful - but a few others were staring. Her hard, outer shell of fearlessness had vanished, all because of a stupid nightmare. Swiftspirit's gaze searched the den, until she stood up and pelted out of the den. "Mouse-brain!" She yelled at herself. "Why did it have to be tonight...". It wasn't until the she-cat had left camp that she realised she had a stinging scratch on her underbelly where the cackling tom had batted her. A strange scent wreathed around her, and as she looked up she saw the tom. Swiftspirit gasped and stumbled backward, but as she blinked he had gone. The black cat tilted her head to one side, and then her fur began to bristle as she saw paw prints in the mud. "Who are you?!" She yowled aloud.

(Oh, I have an idea! Maybe she could think she's hallucinating, but partly know something is wrong, and everyone else could think she's going a bit . And then she could snap at a kit who was talking about her, and whom she used to be like best-buddies with, and it's mother would be like "Oh no you didn't!" And then she gets more injured in her dreams and like, only one cat could believe her? Tumblebrush??? Lol, I'm sorry, I think she's developing a slight crush Just an idea C:

Oh good lordy okay. Well, I don't know what's happening with the other's, but:

Lichenfoot: Was on guard with Tallstorm when they feel asleep on duty and got whooshed away to the Dark Forest. Lichenfoot saved him from Redwillow and is waiting for incoming questions.
Tallstorm: ^^
Swiftspirit: Fell asleep in the warriors den next to Tumblebrush (whom she now has a crush on) and Redstar and was having a nightmare, when she encountered the Dark forest but doesn't know they were real. Redstar woke her up and Swiftspirit ran off like 'Ah Mah Gawsh!'
Tumblebrush: Asleep, I THINK.

Meadowlark awoke from her sleep in the Medicine den. She had wandered back there after speaking with Foxpaw and fallen asleep alone in the extra nest opposite the cave from where Mintpaw, Covepaw, and Armadillotumble slept. She sat up, and squinted at the entrance. The sun was only just beginning to show itself. She yawned and stretched, then stalked over to Armadillotumble without bothering to groom herself. The old feline hissed to awaken the Medicine cat as she stood over his nest stiffly.
"I don't know what on Starclan's earth you said to Foxpaw to make her upset, but you better watch yourself young cat," She grumbled quietly, trying not to awake the two apprentices just yet. She had promised Mintpaw to go out herb picking but it was still early.

Redstar stood in alarm as Swiftspirit dashed out of camp. She looked back into the den at the others who had already stirred due to the commotion.
"Strange..." She mumbled, padding out of the clearing after her friend. She followed her trail and was lead to a panicked looking she-cat.
"Swiftspirit, what's gotten into you?" She meowed, circling around her. "Come, let's get you back to camp, it was only a dream..."

Tigerclaw picked up her pace, running now through the woods and hoping that Thinpelt would keep up. She was washed over by a strong wave of the scent she had picked up near the camp right before bowling headfirst into a dark shape. She yowled in surprise, toppling over and landing with a thud beside- wait, Littlefur?
Tigerclaw looked around wildly, seeing that the Medicine she-cat was already on the ground. If not Littlefur, what had she hit? She stood and whirled around as the smell materialized behind her once more. She was taken aback to find herself staring straight at- and almost right through- a large transparent molten she-cat. Tigerclaw took a step back not knowing what to think, then snapped out of her surprise and dropped into a crouch, her claws sliding out. She glared at the newcomer, her gaze flickering between her and the injured looking Littlefur.
"You dare attack a Medicine Cat?" She hissed furiously. The ragged Sunclan Warrior dug her claws into the earth, itching for a fight.

Tallstorm

Tallstorm stood, shaking the mud off of himself. He hesitantly followed Lichenfoot, hissing at the cat named Redwillow as they left. As soon as they were out of earshot, He turned on his clanmate.
"What in Starclan's name is going on? Is this a dream? Or some kind of joke?" He paced furiously, then halted and winced at his mud covered injuries. The tabby tom bent to attempt to clean his wounds, making a face at the taste of the mud.

Rainpaw darted out of the brush and made his way carefully across the clearing. He sniffed along the holes, finding one which connected to the entrance of another behind a scraggly oak. He lifted his tail and pointed to the opposite entrance to show Tinypaw where to go, then crouched in wait for the plan to work.

Swiftspirit continued to stare at the paw prints for a few more bemused heartbeats, then shook out her fur and looked back to her friend. "But, the..." She blinked, sighed, and then tried to calculate a logical explanation in her head. "yeah, just a nightmare..." she whispered, then sightlessly walked past Redstar, unblinking. Her feet carried her body back to camp whilst her mind, wandered, and just collapsed in the entrance. She sat, shivering, and didn't move when Redstar came up behind her.

Lichenfoot looked down at the dirt and sighed. After composing herself, she began to explain to her clanmate. "This is the dark forest, Tallstorm. I train here," Lichenfoot's shoulders drooped. "The cat that attacked you was Redclaw - he's a bit of a puffball, but I guess he's okay when you get to know him. Mudclaw was the elderly cat, but nobody likes him. I- oh... Any other questions? I suppose we better get them out of the way,"

Sageclaw is a burdened queen, who would have preferred not to have kits. Being a hateful and spiteful cat, she tends to push and shove her kits away, and thus her kits are hateful and spiteful to eachother. She used to be a nice cat, but fell in love with a passing rogue and had four kits with him, three of which survived. She had a very difficult kitting, and blames the other kits for the death of their brother. She is always up for a fight, and used to be a very vicious warrior, but will not admit that she isn't as skilled as she used to be. She doesn't like to be bossed around and is quite skilled in the way of her tongue too. She is considered ill by most cats, and is treated with pity

Sageclaw has been training in the dark forest for around 2 moons after she had kits. She stopped training, after witnessing true brutality there, and does not want her kits joining the forest, even though they could die. If her kits were to die, to her, being burdened by them it would not trouble her all that much. She doesn't want war, as even in her state of mind, she knows it's bad for the clans.

Although seeming like a nice little kit, Clawkit is actually very vicious, and often joins her brother in the bullying of their sister. A spoilt bratty little thing, her mother treats her as if she is better than the other kits in the nursery, including her own kits. Clawkit doesn't like being a kit, and would much rather be training to fight.. Named after her unusually sharp claws, she enjoys using them to taunt other kits.

Bonekit is the leader of the two, and a big bully. Not being the fastest of cats, he uses his size to jump on top of other kits, and his smaller sister. Even though he doesn't like other kits, he keeps Clawkit around so that she can back him up if any other kit tells on them. Bonekit is envious of his sister, and has an extreme distaste for his mother. He's very unsocial and tends to stick to himself when not picking on other kits. Most cats avoid him.

Both kits are perfect dark forest material, hating other cats and being cheeky and rude to their clanmates a lot. As they both want to be apprentices as soon as possible, a dark forest cat offering to train them in proper fighting moves would entice them in.
