Larkpaw gave a firm nod to the underground idea, then turned to Frostclaw. "As long as you don't act like my mother," he snickered, the fear vanishing from his eyes completely, returning to the soft pale glow it had. Twitching his tail, Larkpaw jumped up on a relitively tall boulder, looking down on the so far recruited prophecy cats. Considering he was the youngest, he knew this wasn't his place to tell them what to do, but Larkpaw loved to break rules. "Me and Frostclaw will go hunt towards the Stoneclan border, Gingerspots, I want you to lead us to the tunnels as soon as the sun rises, and Rivershade... You rest for a while... er... And after me and Frostclaw hunt, we'll go to the mainland and look for Dovecloud, Runningpaw, Songbreeze, and Twilightfur." His voice rose above the cats, and for a moment he felt like he just lifted the soft misting rain from the clearing in which they sat. "I mean, if you guys agree with the tactict, of course," he added more carefully

Frostclaw smiled at the apprentice, his white teeth glinting. "Great plan, mouse-brain. Let's go." He mewed as he slowly padded away from the other cats, towards Stoneclan's boarder. What's going to happen to us? Will we live? Will we die? Who will die? Where are we going to go? What's going to happen to the wolves? These questions kept spinning around in his head. Frostclaw looked back towards Larkpaw "Hurry u-" He froze and stared at Larkpaw for a while, his pelt and personality constantly reminding him of Cloudkit.

As she yowled out in shock and horror, watching the lake turn scarlet with blood. She yowled out as one by one the warriors froze, body life less. Her eyes flashed open as the words echoed in her head...
'The soft Dove's Song,Twilight over the River's shores, Frost Running cold And the great Ginger Lark'
She stretched wearily grey fur smoothing once again...'Was that a prophecy' I thought to myself as I limped out and walked to the island shore until I spotted a small patrol of cats going to Stoneclan territory. "Hey" she meowed loudly letting her voice fly into their hearing, "Over here!"

Larkpaw stared at Frostclaw, following after him, but stopping abrubtly when the older cat stopped to look at him. "Is there a mouse tail hanging from my mouth again?" he sneered, then his expression turned serious when he saw something that he couldn't quite identify in Frostclaw's eyes. "Frostclaw?" Larkpaw trotted up next to the tom, worry staining his gaze. "What's up with you?" he asked, trying to keep his voice as level as possible. "Do you not feel good? Why don't you go rest with Rivershade, I'll hunt double and get the cats on my own if I need to..." Larkpaw bombed him with questions, personally wanting to go alone, by liking the prescence of this cat with him, he felt like a brother to him, like a father. Father. Larkpaw winced, but not noticably, at the word

I backed away from the kit's loud voice. I chased after all of them. It was hard, on tthis unknown territory. But, I managed to follow their scents. Catching up to them, I Batted at Larkpaw's scent with my paw, I hissed, "Be quiet!!" Sure. I had to go rest. Because I was blind, wasn't it? Wait- did he actually say what he think he did. Shaking my head, I thought, He isn't any good with plans... Leaping up to his scent, and just barly missing him, I mewed, "Now one is going to the mainland!" My voice was hushed, and I doubt anyone but as could hear it. "All of us are going to rest, and Gingerspots will lead us to the tunnles tomorrow night." I glared at Larkpaw. Let the warriors make the plans, kid.

Frostclaw was about to answer, however he was interrupted by Rivershade. Frostclaw's eyes cleared and he frowned, "He's only an apprentice!" he hissed towards the blind tom, "Give him a chance to make plans." He stared at Rivershade. "Personally, I think it was a brilliant plan." he hissed, standing tall. "Come on, Larkpaw. Let's go." he mewed firmly as he turned, flicking his long silver tail and padding into the dark forest.

I lshed my tail in anger. A brilliant plan!? Um, if Larkpaw said they were going to the mainland...? Anger in my river blue eyes, I paded infront of them and stopped. "Listen, unless you want to get yourself killed, no one os going to the mainland!" I hissed, staring coldly at Frostclaw's scent. I lashed my tail again. "Hunting on the island is the best choice! There are blood thirsty wolves out there, and they've probobly taken all the prey anyway!" Baring my teeth, I continued, "And if we leave during the day, we'de probobly be seen! Com on, a patrol of eight heading towards the boarder doesn't seem suspicious!? And if we even try to go on the mainland in the daylight, we'de be clobbered by wolves immidietly! They'd be awake andd hunting!" Just then, the words of the prophecy rolled through my mind. Didn't Starclan say something about a journey...? "And if we are to make the journey, we should at least get some rest!"
