Kari laughed with him, half at his joke and half at the fact that he was rolling around in his feather covered bed, making the stuff fly everywhere. "I don't know how good your jokes are," Kari giggled at Halloween, "but your laughter's sure contagious!" She burst out laughing again as one of the feathers floated down and landed on his nose, but then her laughes trailed off as one landed on her own nose. Her eyes widened and she tilted her ears back as she stared at it intently, facinated by the white fluff. "Oowaah! Pretty!" Kari meowed

Entlos, seeing Red Splotch was free, padded up to him. "Would you mind leading a border patrol?" Entlos said. "We just want to check the borders and make sure Lunar Tribe hasn't got it in their head they can come on to our territory when ever they want."

Aderalt nodded briefly to Felis and Envy before attempting to speak, but his voice caught, and he had to cough a few times before continuing. "This is awful", he croaked, voice quiet and disbelieving. "Preposterous." He paused for a moment, narrowing his eyes to glare at the floor. "Simply preposterous."

"Hmm?" Envy was barely paying attention now

"This is preposterous!", Aderalt spat, head whipping up to glare at the small she-cat. "Could your tiny ears not properly hear me?"

This caught Envy's attention. The she-cat stuck in kit form whipped around and glared at the longhair tom. "My tiny ears can hear just fine thank you! Its not my fault I'm this size!" she growled, tears welling up in her tiny eyes.

Cyril nodded hurriedly, still not meeting Nightmare's eye. "Wanna tell her now? Or do you want to get back to camp first?" She asked, flicking her undamaged ear in the direction of camp.

Halloween laughed and swiped at the feather on Kari's nose with his good paw. he hooked it with one claw, being very careful not to scratch her. "Oh come on, you know my jokes are awesome." He chuckled, his amber gaze shining with amusement, and he blew the feather back in her face.

Felis gave Aderalt a very cool look. "Be calm, Brother, Sister, she was merely not paying attention, no need to snap at each other." He meowed, and looked back to the tribes with a faraway look in his ebony gaze.
