Rift was taken aback, but he said, "You expect me to trust every dragon I see? I learned long ago not to do that," he snapped at Pharaoh. "For all we know they could be part of the Talons, like Hope said, or they could be allied with the NightWings. They have taken over the Mud kingdom!"

xx"Ahhh, you idiots. All of you, shut up!" Starkeeper lashed her dark tail, closing her purplish eyes for a moment before opening them, only to be looking at Bayou. Her voice was rising slightly. "He's not with the Talons or the NightWings! Heck, I'm not!"

Hope snorted. "You know what, let's just tell him who we are, and if he tries to kill us, we can attack him."

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh- "Well, then ask Starkeeper," he hissed through gritted fangs. "It's clear that he's made no threats, and he's clean. When he starts going around killing me, you can kill him and happily celebrate my death later." He was used to picking on himself, but for some reason, this time around it felt like an extra knife to the heart.

Hope ignored him and turned to face the MudWing. "You don't tell anyone who we are m'kay?" She passed, then spoke without waiting for an answer. "We're the Dragonets of Destiny."

Pharaoh- "Hope!" he shouted, elbowing her in the stomach. "Shut up! Geez, you guys need to learn the difference between greeting a stranger and spilling your deepest secrets!"

Rift separated himself from the group, reluctant to be part of the activity. I still won't go around trusting random dragons, he thought. That's what my father did, and look where that got me.

Starkeeper grit her teeth. HOPE! Her pupils narrowed. "That's our fake cover. We're just a ragtag group of dragonets," she lied.

Hope retorted sarcastically. "Fine. Want me to kill him, so it'll be like nothing ever happened." She glared at Pharaoh. She smiled and turned to the MudWing. " Yeah, we were just joking, those stupid dragonets don't exist."

Pharaoh- Pharaoh scratched his horns. "Hehe... Yeah, it's weird seeing 7 dragonets, all from different tribes, traveling together. But we're only headed to Possibility. Not important... It's what our parents always said to say if we got lost. 'You're the Dragonets of Destiny'. If you ask me, the dragonets haven't actually done anything to help the tribes. Phyrria is too far gone. What are a bunch of dragonets gonna do?"
