Mistkit stretched from the nursery, tail curling. Catching a glimpse of her brother, she immediately padded over to him. She stood next to him, noticing that he was concentrating on Bristlepelt. The kit prodded him. "What're you up to, Novakit?"

ooc: I just got back from looking for a friend of mine. She was missing for about 5 hours until we finally found her. I'm so relieved. ^^

For a moment Thorn didn't say anything, only stood there, limbs tense at something, ears pricked. Only when a monster finally lumbered by on its giant, death-seeking round black paws, did he relax again. "So it has reached you, too?" He mews in a hushed tone. "It's getting bad here. That monster that past is notorious for catching us cats and taking us away. The reports are trying to stop the disease, too." Glancing back, he say down with one law raised, head turned so he can still keep and eye on the alley entrance. "I suggest just leaving. The reopens have a cure but...you're likely to have rather preferred death." Thorn's words were grave and true, his blue eyes betraying his fear of getting the disease himself. He'd be more prone than any.

Oakfang looked at the smaller, skinnier tom. How peculiar.... he has no fur at all! He tilted his head. He looks kind of silly, should i take him seriously? Oakfang thought to himself, then snapped out of the thought. "Is that so? Goodness, those twolegs! They have a cure yet death always seems better then one of their paws touching us!" he meowed, chuckling a bit.

Echoflight snarled. "Can't we take the cure from them?"

"It's...not that simple. They don't have a full on medicine...they experiment on cats, but you open and stuff, and do things. And even if you got some kind of cute from them," Thorn adds. "You'd be going inside the facility in which they call their 'vet house' or something. And any cat that goes I'm. Doesn't come out."

Also, btw, if we are following TWD then there is no cure currently known. Experimenting on cats doesn't...seem right o.o Have you seen the show/played the game?

Foxpaw smiled seeing Mistkit padding up to her brother. She too would soon be an apprentice. Foxpaw was actually happy that soon there would be more cats she could be near in the apprentice den. She then watched Bristlepelt move away, so she followed him.

Oakfang listened to the loner's warnings and information carefully. "I see. It does seem odd how this could only treated in harsh ways. There has to be a reason why this even came to be, perhaps the cause of the illness." He meowed, a serious, profound look on his face.
