Amberfeather-
The Clan deputy sat in the snowy camp, looking at the stars. "They're so pretty," she murmured, and thought of the night she stargazed with Nightshade.

Nightshade
Nightshade sat next to Amberfeather and twined his tail with hers. Then he remembered something he was going to do. "One moment." he purred, and nuzzled her cheek. He disappeared among the bushes and looked for what he was going to get.

Amberfeather-
Untwining her tail, Amberfeather turned around. "But," she murmured. "Nightshade, where are you going?" Although curious, Amberfeather didn't bother to follow him. Instead, she sighed, and turned back towards StarClan, gawking at it's beauty.

Nightshade
Nightshade padded back to Amberfeather with a very plump mouse in jaws. "I caught it for you. Happy Sharing of the Clans Day." he purred, and twined his tail with hers once again.

Amberfeather-
She retwined her tail with his, and purred as well. "Thank you Nightshade," she murmured happily. "But since it is in fact Sharing of the Clans Day, I don't suppose you'd want to share it with me?" Amberfeather asked hopefully, and nuzzled him.

Nightshade
Nightshade purred and nodded, then bent down to share the prey with his mate. "Our first holiday together as mates." he smiled, purring even deeper now.

Amberfeather-
"I know," she sighed happily, purring with every word. "It feels so lovely, the stars, the snow, the camp. Almost as lovely as you," Amberfeather added, and then slowly took a bite of the prey.
