Flintpaw stretches down, yawning. He grabs a sparrow and sits next to Sunpaw, "Can you believe we're going to be warriors soon?" He asks, smiling.

[EO+RS]

Sunpaw purred. "It's going to be great." She started to eat her mouse, her tail waving happily. She was especially happy that they weren't talking about relationships any more. She wondered how long it would last.

[despairz]

"So... Do you know who your mom and dad are?" He asks, not wanting to have anymore awkward conversations.

[EO+RS]

"Well, Shadystream's my mom, but dad died before I was old enough to remember him." said Sunpaw, taking another bite of her mouse. She swallowed quickly. "I'm not sad or anything, but mom misses him. How about you?"

[despairz]

Flintpaw stays silent for a minute, "I never knew them..." He mutters sadly.

[EO+RS]

Sunpaw turned and reached over to his shoulder, nuzzling him gently. "I'm sorry." she murmured.

[despairz]

"It's fine. Maybe it's for the best." He shrugs, flicking his tail.

[EO+RS]

"Maybe if you had known them, you wouldn't have come here. It wouldn't have been the same." said Sunpaw, trying to sheer Flintpaw up.

[despairz]

"But then I wouldn't have to prove my loyalty to a clan that hates me." He murmurs.

[EO+RS]

"I don't hate you, and I don't think Rainpaw and Foxpaw hate you." said Sunpaw. "I mean, Foxpaw used to be a loner too."
