She chuckled softly before replying, "Once. It was when I was a kit and I couldnt sleep so I snuck out of the nursery at night. My father caught me and instead of telling me off, he showed me this game so that if I ever had a sleepless night again, I could look for shapes in the sky until I fell asleep." She explained, her gaze growing distant as she replayed the memory in her mind.

He looked suspiciously at the rogue, not entirely convinced by her, now sympathetic, tone. But he respected Cloverpaw's decision and he sat down, but decided not to leave just yet.

Cloudchaser nodded as Fallensnow carried on about how the prey was seeming to get smaller and smaller, but Cloudchaser's mind began to wonder. She thought about how when her "sister" was always laughing and happy when they were apprentices, but now Fallensnow was just..... So serious."Fallensnow why aren't you happy like you used to be. When we were apprentices" Cloudchaser frowned and tipped her head to the side. The black she cat with white dapples was quiet for a second."I guess I just thought that I needed to grow up at some point." Fallensnow looked at Cloudchaser and layed her paws on top of hers."Now look, I know this may sound rude Cloudchaser and I don't mean it too be like that.... But if you ever want to get far in this clan, you need to stop being..." Fallensnow looked her over."...yourself...." The she cat got up and looked down at her adopted sister."I'm going to go hunting... See you in a bit." And with that Fallensnow was gone. Cloudchaser looked down at her paws with tears in her eyes."Am I really that bad?" She mumbled. Cloudchaser held her paw up and slid out her claws looking at the glistening, thorn sharp weapons." Am I some kind of burden here?" The fluffy she cat layed her head down and tryed not to start crying at her sisters harsh words.

"I guess I never knew other cats enjoyed wasting that kinda time like me. Other warriors seem so focused and worried about everything they can think of, I like to take some time to myself." His tail lazily swayed back and forth, lifting his paw again and half tracing something before he realized he couldn't finish it. "Nope..." The tom mutters, looking around the sky for more animals.

Trying to recall the story the elders had told her, she shuffles her paws slightly. "My father was clan, but my mother was a loner. I can't say I ever had the chance to meet them, but the elders told me about them. My mother was of course a calico with long fur, but my dad was black and white with short fur. Her sister I think was Rose, another shorthaired calico and her brother... I think was white with orange tabby markings named Hawk or maybe Falcon..." Having not heard much about them since the elders passed away, she'd only been four moons old then.

(I'm thinking one of the kits from her mom's siblings; so that'd be cousins. Seemed the most realistic since her parents are dead and Cinder needed to be rogue born)

Cinder nods, this apprentice's family had a lot of calicos. "You have a big family." She meows, smiling slightly. At least she knew something about her family. Again, maybe it was just another coincidence but the name "Rose" seemed slightly familiar... It could just be because she had heard the name a lot. There were too many things alike with herself and this apprentice... It was weird.

She chuckles slightly, nodding at the idea of how many cats shared her blood yet weren't around. "Yeah, it use to be bigger before my father's parents passed away, but I'll see them again in Starclan someday. I'm making friends, finding my place here, it's been tough... But I'll keep trying. I'm not strong enough to be on my own yet anyway. I'm sure if you gave a warrior a chance, they could show you some cool battle moves or how to fish; if you don't already know." She added sheepishly, glad Cinder wasn't as intimidating as she looked.

"Yeah. Smokestep had always been one of the more relaxed cats around camp. Unless someone was in danger. Then he seemed to be everywhere where he was needed at once." She said, mentioning her father by name for the first time in several moons. Her gaze was fond when she spoke of him and suddenly she saw another shape in the sky. "Look, that one looks like a cat." She said, tracing a shape with a long tail, triangular ears and broad shoulders.

His parents were gone, but he couldn't say he really felt terrible over it anymore. They'd passed quietly and he knew they were together in Starclan, he tried to be happy for them. "Ha, I guess he's watching you from Silverpelt then if you can find a cat like that." He meows with a smile, pretending to himself the shape was Smokestep.

(I have Bluewhisker and Lichenstorm open; but I'm debating making another younger tom v_v)
