Cherrypaw smiled, "thanks."

Mintfrost nodded, "I gave her a quick ice-fishing lesson yesterday, we'll get more focused on that later," she then added, "good thing leafbare's almost over." She let out a yawn, she'd been up quite early that morning.

"Scarletflare!" Grayfeather dove into the water. Thrashing furiously and skidding over ice in occasion, he managed to reach her.

Sootnose nodded. "True. How'd she do?"

Frozenpaw rejoined the group, falling into place beside Cherrypaw.

Mintfrost proudly announced, "she got the technique perfectly," with a purr, "I mean, I was never too much of a fisher myself when I first started my training, but Frozenpaw did great."

Scarletflare feels the water grip her head and she scrunched up. "Help!", she tries to yowl, only to feel water flood her lungs.
