Cold Fire hissed and threw the she-cat off. She wasn't ready to fight here, not in camp. Too many witnesses, this little episode was going to put Waru on her tail anyways. Cold Fire took to the air where the wingless Sassy couldn't follow, the flames along her wings and tail blazing. Oh how that she-cat would regret the days she set eyes on Fury! Cold Fire smiled coldly, she was going to take everything the she-cat loved and then when the she-cat begged for mercy then she'd send her to Felis! Cold Fire soared into the clouds and waited for the she-cat to returned to the nursery like a good little queen.

Fury sat watching with his kits. Why was Cold Fire so insistent that he should have no mate other than her deceased mother? Aura, his first mate, had never been like that. Where did Cold Fire get her cold heart from? Fury leaned down and licked Loco and curled his tail around Kylara, who was attempting to fly after Cold Fire.

Kylara growled and flapped her rather useless wings. They were strong enough to hold her aloft yet but Kylara want to fight the fire-winged she-cat that her mother hated so much. She struggled against her father's tail and tried once again to fly but failed.

Astra looked over from where she had been sitting with Sweetflower and sighed, "Oh my, this feud isn't going to end well. We have enough problems with Solar Tribe, don't really need infighting." It didn't look like either she-cat had been hurt by the brief fight but that wouldn't last. Waru needed to figure out a way to keep those cats apart.

Who does she think she is? It's not like she's so insanely amazing. Sassy thought. Sassy went to Fury and cuddled up with him. She looked at Loco and knew he truly was deformed.

(Um Loco has a lazy eye and has brain disorders... so he is like mental...)

Kari watched Sibryn fly off and then turned to walk with the others back to camp. She glanced over at Halloween. He doesn't seem very happy, she thought. A slight breeze picked up, carrying the scent of a young starling to Kari's nose. She looked around. Ah! she thought there it is! She knew she wasn't much of a hunter, but Kari also knew that the bird would cheer up Halloween. She crouched down and riggled her hindquarters in the air and then sprung. The bird seemed to explode from Kari's viewpiont into a mass of wings and feathers. There were a few seconds of struggle and then it flew off, leaving the she-cat with nothing but a sence of anoyance and a mothful of feathers. "Phlah!" she said, spitting out the feathers. "Geez, it seems like that's all I have in my mouth these days," she mumbled.

Felis nodded a greeting to the long-hair, "Welcome Aderalt." He meowed calmly, as if that episode he had had earlier never happened.

Sibryn lay on her den, sprawled out on her nest, still thinking deeply, but mostly just waiting for Entlos to report to her.

Halloween chuckled at Kari's failed hunting attempt. "Smooth!" He laughed, his amber eyes brightening in amusement. He began to help pick up the feathery mess, "C'mon, we can go pu' 'tis in mah neth!" His meow muffled by the wad of feathers in his mouth.

Cyril just nodded. 'From your old home, huh? Where's that?"

Envy nodded to the longhair, but her eyes never left Felis. She could see how this was tearing him up, but how could they not choose sides?

Nightmare shrugged. "Far away from here..." his eyes glazed over, as if he was looking on something in the very distant past, his voice no longer sounded as if he was talking to Cyril, but himself. "Very far away indeed... Past endless mountains, valleys, and even a canyon... It took me forever to get away, and a year of traveling from place to place. getting rides here and there." he began to shake. "But there in that canyon there is a tribe, a tribe of cats... Evil, evil cats..." his voice was barely able to be heard, the rest of his sentence was lost on the breeze. His shaking grew worse...

Kari lokked down at her paws with red cheeks in embaresment then picked up the feathers and nodded vigoresly [I cannot spell that word XP] at Halloween and trotted towards the camp entrance, which was now in sight. Even though she had failed at hunting, Kari was very happy that she had managed to cheer him up. "Tho, wheh do you thupoth Chemicah an Cwuthader awa?"

Cyril looked to him concernedly, laying her tail on his shoulder, "It's ok, you're here now. You're among friends, nothing is going to hurt you here. Especially not around me." She comforted, stroking him with her tail until he stopped shivering.

"I thunno" Halloween meowed, trotting into the camp entrance, where some cats looked at them very strangely for having their mouths full of feathers. When he got to his temporary nest, he spat out the feathers, then grinned at Kari, "Hey, hey, I bet we looked like such feather-heads!" He joked, and started laughing so hard he collapsed onto his feathery nest. "G-get it? Feathers!" He laughed even harder.

Nightmare's shudders stopped, and he looked at Cyril. "No, nothing will harm me here... Nothing as bad as what happened before." he smiled weakly at her, unable to believe what had just happened. "I'm sorry." he meowed, twitching his whiskers, trying to act calm. "Thats the first I've told anyone anything about my old life, and where the tribe was located be exact."
