When he reached the training hollow, a familiar scent distracted him for a moment, but he shook his head and turned to his apprentice. "Alright, why don't we start with a practice fight? Go ahead and attack me."

Silverstar

She opened her mouth to speak, but she stayed silent. There was nothing she could say to make Murkpaw feel better. She watched the apprentice leave, sighing. Some time to think will do her good. I hope.

Windpaw

She stalked the mouse carefully, after finding where it was. She took a moment to brace herself, then pounced, finishing it quickly with a bite to the neck. She was pleased with the clean kill, and buried her prey. After a few minutes of searching, she found a rabbit, but unfortunately, it scented her before she could get it, and it ran off. Frustrated, she chased after it, but quickly gave up.

Shadowpaw

He spun around to face his mentor, but left himself vulnerable for a fraction of a second in the process.

Rainpaw

(I'm a little lost about where Violetpaw and Rainpaw are right now tbh, I think I might have missed a post somewhere.)

Murkpaw | Moonclan
Murkpaw suddenly sat up, leaving the nursery. "I'vegottago," she meowed in a rushed, panicked voice. She sped up slightly, hurrying towards the camp exit with her fur fluffed out. She felt the eyes of all the cats in camp watching her, staring at her, judging her and sizing her up (They aren't actually doing that, that is just how it feels to her right now.) I've gotta go, I need to get out of here, I have to get out of here, I need out! I NEED TO GET AWAY. Her thoughts looped through those thoughts, and she wasn't really connected to herself at the moment. She wasn't really connected to her surroundings, either, all she knew is that she needed to escape, from what, she wasn't sure. I need out, I need out, I need out, I HAVE TO GET OUT!
(She isn't out of camp yet, in case anyone is gonna stop/question her)

Whitefleck glanced at Murkpaw as she ran off. She pinned her ears to her head. Murkpaw... She could remember when the first queen had died on her paws, and the sorrow she felt as the only kit that was born died later that day.

Gingertail blinked open her eyes after a short snooze, hearing muffled cries and seeing Murkpaw running out of camp. She stood up, darting over to Murkpaw. "Are you okay? What's happened?" She glanced back at the nursery. Surely Leaftail couldn't be...?

Murkpaw still had a look of panic on her face, more panicked by the thought that Leaftail and most of her kits died rather than saddened by it. She stopped as Gingertail addressed her, breathing sharply. "L-leaft-ta-tail...." She lay on the ground, her panic settling enough for her to feel the grief of their loss. "L-leaftail...."

Birch

The grass got caught in her fur as she lay down, looking into the sky. She would be part of something new soon; a family; a clan. A stream ran fast as wind beside her, she stood up, and placed a cautious paw into the water. Then she leaped into the frigid liquid and pranced about, like some kit chasing a butterfly. Soon, her pelt became heavy, and she got tired. Once she got onto the land, she fell into a deep sleep.

Whitefleck sighed, pressing her nose into Leaftail's pelt. "May StarClan welcome you, and may you find swift running, good hunting, and shelter while you sleep," she murmured. She padded around Leaftail's corpse, biting Leaftail's scruff gently and flicking an ear at Silverstar. "Help me carry her into the clearing," she said, her meow muffled by the fur.

Gingertail didn't reply right away. She glanced at the medicine den, seeing Leaftail's limp tail poking out of it. She crouched next to the small cat, pressing her muzzle softly on Murkpaw's shoulder. "I'm sorry. You did everything you could've done." Gingertail glanced up at Silverpelt. "She's with StarClan now. She'll be happier there."

Silverstar

She nodded, sighing. This should not have happened. Why have you taken them, StarClan? What have we done? She closed her jaws around Leaftails fur, lifting her up and starting towards the center of camp. I must make the announcement to the Clan... This is my least favorite part of being leader.

Whitefleck placed Leaftail down once they made it to the middle of the camp, glancing around at the gathering cats. She glanced up at Silverpelt(It is nighttime, right? I'm not exactly sure..), murmuring a silent prayer to StarClan. She'll be with her kits. Whitefleck padded back into the nursery, picking up each of the small bodies and placing them beside their mother. Whitefleck quickly walked into the medicine den, picking up some lavender fronds and going back to Leaftail. She brushed the she-cat's pelt very lightly with the fronds once before placing them down a good tail-length away from her. May you reach StarClan in time, Leaftail.

Murkpaw | Moonclan

Murkpaw did not respond, she did not know how to respond. "If w-we had noticed earlier that she was... was not doing well, w-we could have helped her, or, or, maybe.... we could have helped her kits..." She shut her eyes, not wanting to see the bodies be carried out. She pinned her ears back, trying to shut out the world and just focus on Gingertail's comfort.
