Her father said she was struck by fire in the woods, and that's where the one amber colored stripe on her head comes from. Clan cats believe she has special powers, and is destined to become the greatest cat that ever lived, but SoulStripe is an ordinary, loyal Warrior.]

I lay on my back with my paws in the air on the thick tree branch. My ears flick at the sounds of birds and squirrels. I close my eye and inhale the fresh scents of the forest.

"I know its hard Rosepaw, but I'm sure things will work themselves out" Berryfrost said looking at her apprentice as they walked out of camp.

"Yes i know..." she mewed as she talked to berryfrost," but i can talk to him in his dream- er nevermind!" She started to smile at her realization. Her forest green eyes sparkled as a soft breeze ruffled her fur. They stopped in the middle of the four clan boraders. "So many different clan scents!" She mewed looking to a pine forest borader, a stream boreder and an oak tree border." Are their camps different from ours?" She asked as she looked back to their camps forest bordar, thinking of the meadow-like camp.

"Yes" Berryfrost said, "They are very different from our own" She said, looking out towards the other borders "Lets keep moving"

"Ok!" She meowed, following Berryfrost and looking around." I'm so excited!" She smiled brightly.

"I'm glad" Berryfrost said with a smile "We better head back to camp, it's getting late" She said looking at the sky, "We have a big day tomorrow"

The little, new apprentice nodded."ok, back to camp we go!" She mewed happily and padded infront of Berryfrost, almost leading the way.

"Are you excited to sleep in the warriors den?" She asked the excited apprentice

"You mean apprentice den?" She meowed to Berryfrost then shrugged. "Yeah! Just a little nervous though too, i just won't know very many of them, except for Mouse." She meowed," the apprentices don't really talk to me, oh and Hawkpaw!" She looked at the ground for a moment. its almost as if they don't like talking to kits, but even warriors talk to me and play around with me. she thought.
