Cinder lays where she is, not feeling tired. She's already had food and there isn't much else to do. Instead, she observes the clan carefully, watching what happened so she could fit in before she puts her plan into action.

Cloudchaser jumped into camp with Tawnypaw close behind her. Tawnypaw turned and went off in the direction that her brother and sister where at leaving Cloudchaser alone in the middle of camp. The bouncy she at folded her ears down looking around until she spotted Fallensnow." Hey Fall! What's up?" Cloudchaser asked in her bubbly voice. The black and white dappled she-cat shook her head."Nothing dear sister." The straight-faced cat sat down and nudged Cloudchaser affectionately as the white warrior sat down.

Before he entered the den, he spotted his sister, Skysong, sitting nearby the entrance, looking rather troubled. He gave her a brotherly nudge, lifting her chin gently in an attempt to lift her mood at least a little bit before padding over to his nest. He would have asked what was wrong, but he knew his sister well enough to know that if she wanted to talk, she would.[/quote]

The grey and white she-cat was on the move. Yellow eyes scanning the undergrowth, paws stepping lightly and long-furred tail kept down just above the ground, she was on the hunt for prey. Since sunhigh, she had been out, and had a few more catches around, covered with a light layer of dirt. Although she had started her hunt at sunhigh, she had been up at dawn, as usual for her. However, she hadn't noticed much to do then, and after not being one of the dawn patrol, she decided that she'd go out later. So here she was, deep in the hunting grounds. She figured she'd try and catch one more, then curve back around, collect everything and head back in.

The sky was darkening with the sunset, but he didn't feel like moving to the den yet. He was partly surprised Crowstar hadn't ordered any moonhigh patrols yet while some warriors were still awake. He could hear Lichenstorm muttering to Bluewhisker not too far away; probably seeking advise from the older tom. Blinking at the stars and moon, he couldn't help but wonder if this had become... Romantic, listening to her purring happily. It made him nervous about messing up or saying the wrong thing, so remained silent for now; unsure what to say.

Not able to find sleep easily, she moved to the den entrance and poked her head out to look around camp. Leopardpaw was still awake, but she could hardly believe she was cuddling up next to a warrior. Wrenpaw, Harepaw and Flamepaw would be around somewhere, Ghostpaw was sitting in the clearing... The den felt so empty, even Cinder was wandering around!

Cinder noticed movement out of the corner of her eye. She turns her head and notices an apprentice sticking their head out of the den. She stares back at the apprentice, her bright amber gaze locked with her's.

Her little ears flatten against her head when the rogue looks at her, unable to break the gaze. Fear crept up her spine again, not sure what she could do or say around this strange cat. Shrinking so only her eyes and forehead stuck out of the den, she wasn't sure if she wanted to say something to keep hiding away.

Cinder smirks to herself, watching the shecat shrink away. Just staring at each other doesn't start a conversation so she gets up and pads over towards the apprentice. "Hey." She meows, grinning at the apprentice.
