He stumbled around the area looking for more bedding, he came across a river and started drinking. In the reflection of the water he saw Treepaw with Dovetail playing happily. He turned around but they weren't there.

He growled then was about to slash at her. He noticed she was about to have kits so he held back. "Though I don't want to kill your kits" He sighed. He ran back into the forest.

The kit woke up, She nibbled on the fresh-kill a bit more then got up slowly. She was careful not to lift her neck to high so she didn't open up her wound again. She went outside and sat there, She was tired but she was bored.
