He holds back the need to pant as he speaks, glad she slowed down a little bit to allow an even run. "Hunted mostly, was patrolling when we picked up Sunpaw earlier." It didn't sound like much when he said it out loud, but watching Falconpaw and Blizzardpaw fish took up a bit of time as well as his patrolling near twoleg place.

She chuckles lightly through her teeth, used to the muffled sound between herbs, sticks and sometimes through chewing. As an apprentice, she often got orders while chewing up leaves into pulp. "One can hope." Her reply fairly quiet to make out the rest of the words as she headed back to camp, aware being out at night was frowned upon.

After smelling for a short while she could tell it was rabbit, a meal that would feed her for a whole day with the diet she was used to. Too focused on her hunger she didn't notice a cat closing in, but it was still too risky to cross the border even for a second. Her claws flex in the dirt below, fighting every voice in her head to take it.

"Hey there!" Mousenose said kindly. He wasn't one of those cats that pounce at the first second.

"I guess, though it sometimes feels like I can't lift a paw when she's around..." Dreampaw said with a soft sigh, though she did now Smokepaw was right. It was better than having someone who didn't care at all. "But, thanks anyways." She said with a slight smile on her face. Then hearing that Falconpaw was back, did she turn her head towards where Smokepaw's tail had flicked. Looking over to see that Falconpaw was talking to probably Swiftjaw in the nursery.

"She is back." She said once she had gotten a look at her sister. She hoped that her own sister wouldn't go into one of those protective modes when she spotted her with Smokepaw. As that wouldn't be very great for how things were going.

"Oh Swiftjaw, you do need it too. As you're just as important to the rest of the clan." She said as she pushed the rabbit over towards the queen then waited until the queen gently took the prey and gently began eating it. Once she had seen that Swiftjaw was now eating did she turn around from the nursery and started to pad away until she spotted Dreampaw and Smokepaw chatting.

Wonder what their up to. She thought to herself as she started to padded over in that direction. Wondering if Smokepaw was being kind to her sister. Though she headed towards them.

"Hey Snowpaw." The tom cat replied, spotting Snowpaw and deciding it would be alright to chat for a while. As they wasn't really anything else to do. Along with at least he was trusted enough in the clan to be assessed, even with his kittypet roots and start of life upbringing. Though he felt good all the same. "Yup, just took my warrior assessment. I believe I did pretty well, managing to chase down a rabbit. So I do believe I managed to do well. Have you been up to anything?" He said as he didn't want to just talk about the assessment.

She arrived at the bush and said "Um, yeah, it sounds more exciting than my day.." She chuckled nervously, "I know I haven't talked to you all that much but, um, I.. um..." she looked up in the tree and "got distracted" by a squirrel, obviously on purpose.

Again he tilts his head in slight confusion, smiling lightly at the she-cat. "If Lightningstar didn't have us run around so much, we might have more time for personal matters. Plus, a mentor is always busy." Shrugging, though not fully aware of where it was going.

Her fur bushes out around her hide and tail, stepping back swiftly from the border. It was obviously a clan cat if he was located inside the border, so it was best to remain calm. "Evening clan cat..." Defending herself right away might provoke hostile behavior.

His ears drop a bit, his cheeks turning a light shade of red at her question. "Well I, um... I don't know anyone like that, inside and out kinda deal." His paws shuffling with anticipation for the fallowing question or at least the meaning this one meant. He'd never been in love before, it put out for a pretty poor mate.
