Darkpaw sat in camp, sunning his flank. Beside him sat his sister, Larkpaw. who was grooming herself.

Rainpaw padded into camp and spotted the siblings. She padded over and sat next to Darkpaw. "Hey!" She mewed.

Darkpaw sat up when he heard the she-cat's voice. "Oh Hey Rainpaw! What's up?" he purred.

Larkpaw looked away from Darkpaw and Rainpaw akwardly.

"Nothing much." She replied. "Just bored."

Darkpaw nodded with a sigh. "Yeah, there is not much to do when your an apprentice..." He looked at his sister, who met his eyes. She hasn't been talking lately. Which is normal, but she is being more quiet than usuall. 'What is on her mind?' Darkpaw shook his head in thought.

Larkpaw met Darkpaw's eyes.She nodded a goodbye to Rainpaw, then padded to a shaded corner of camp.

Darkpaw turned back to Rainpaw. "Do you know what's up with her?" he whispered, gesturing with head head to Larkpaw.

Rainpaw shrugged. "She's your sister." She replied. "Maybe she doesn't like me."
