He smiled "Hi! What are you up to?" he didn't think he knew the kit, but even if he didn't know someone, he liked to act like he did.

Vinekit licked one of his tiny paws. "I just woke up from a nap," he mewed, drawing the paw over his whiskers. "What are you up too? What were you talking about with Rainstar?"

He sighed "Cool. I was asking if Orchardkit and I could be apprentices. Two more moons left to wait."

She knew Mildtail wasn't there so she padded back to the nursery. She watched Coalkit and Vinekit mingle and silently chuckled.

She padded closed to Coalkit and rested her head on his shoulder.
