Frostwing pricked her ears as she heard the sounds of cats in the distance. Sniffing the air, she caught the scents of many clans, so it wasn't just the cats on the hunting patrol. For a moment, Frostwing debated on heading back to camp. She had already caught a nice sparrow, but then again, it probably wasn't enough. She knew that deep down it was the dislike of having someone run into her that was stopping her. Shaking that thought away, Frostwing decided to stay focused and keep hunting.

Putting some dirt over the sparrow to hide it, Frostwing shook her fur and sniffed the air. It didn't take long for her to pick of the scent of a mouse. Crouching low to the ground, the white she-cat padded along the edges of some trees and bushes, ears pricked. She stopped as she heard some rustling in the hedge beside her. Taking a quiet sniff, she could tell that it was the mouse that she had been hunting. Digging her claws into the dirt for a moment, Frostwing jumped at the fluffy brown rodent and landed on it. Grabbing it in her paws, she gave it a killing bite and then sat up. Grinning, the white she-cat picked up her kill and padded back to where she had gotten the sparrow.

"Thank you Appleleaf." he dipped his head with a twich of his whiskers. He had enough marigold and and cobwebs to make them a while if no one else got wounded and they could find pleanty of wet moss if they stayed by the river. "Spiderpaw! Come help me sort these herbs before we set off again." he called to his brown tabbied apprentice.

A rustling noise suddenly alarmed Mintsplash. MIntsplash pricks her ears and tastes the air to recognize that it was Frostwing, who was hunting again. Mintsplash took a moment or two to decide whether or not to go say hello, and decided to let her be. She seemed to be doing good on her own, anyway. She curls her tail over her paws as she sits on the soft grass next to Robinchaser.

Stonekit pased side to side becoming woried, "hmmmmm maybe i should go to them instead, NO! Mintsplash said to stay here.."he mewed looking around for them.

Holliclaw sat alone with her kits the sun had begun to show on her fur. She licked her kits when her tummy growled she looked up with wide eyes.

"Here, I'm going to go give Stonekit some company. Maybe we can go hunting later." MIntsplash mewed, forcing a small smile as she climbs onto her paws. She arches her back and yawns before swishing her tail on Robinchaser's shoulder in a goodbye and padding off towards camp.

"Stonekit! Where are you?" Mintsplash calls from the entrance to camp.

Pricking his ears when he heard his name, Spiderpaw raised his head. "I'm coming, Shiverwhisker!" He called out, cheerfully heading back towards his mentor and sitting down in front of him. "Sorting out the herbs? I can easily do that, no problem!" He meowed, flicking his tail and then curling it around his paws. Spiderpaw never had trouble sorting herbs, even though it wasn't very fun. However, he often learned new things when sorting the herbs, and Spiderpaw was always up for learning something new.

"After this, we can go look for the herbs we need like chickweed, thyme, coltsfoot, and tansy." h meowed, not looking up, "Can you tell me what those are use for?" He was curious to see how much his apprentice knew, even after so long without any questions like that. He knew he needed to keep the tabby's training in check long before they made it to the forest. Chances were that they would be experiencing more wounds there than here because that territory was going to be way less familar.

Robinchaser sat next to Mintsplash. "I guess we should go back to Stonekit," He said this a little reluctantly, but he hid it. Standing up, he flicked his tail at her. He smiled and meowed, "Maybe another time?"

"Yes, yes I would like to hunt some other time." MIntsplash says to the tom, a bit sad that this one didn't work out. She was hoping that maybe they could at least become great friends, even thought they had just met yesterday. "Maybe later today or towards sundown we can go again. When Stonekit has seen the whole camp,he will most likely be tired." she says quietly to Robinchaser. "But we would be horrible cats if we just left him. We are his family now."

Stonekit almost exploded with happiness when he heard his name. He wipped around "im over here mintsplash!" He called out and ran to the she-cat with a smile and jumped at her, and nocked her down.
