"I.. Stripestar won't like that," Thrushleap meowed quietly, "But.. I don't like lying to him." She pricked up her ears when she heard Leopardstripe sobbing. "From what it sounds like, Leopardstripe is already telling him."

Babble;;

Babble had more trouble. He managed to only find a very scrawny vole.

Beaver shook the kit off gently. "I have better things to worry about." He snorted, then walked away.

He followed Mottlefur towards the sound. He wanted to reassure her that she wasn't an idiot, but he saw the dog before he could speak. Falconheart froze, eyes wide as he looked at the dog. "Maybe if we back away very slowly he won't see us..." He murmured, speaking as quietly as he could.

Stripestar looks at Leopardstripe as he mews. "They... they...." He felt hurt as he heard the news. "No... No... They wouldn't do something like that." He looks at Leopardstripe as he place his paw on his shoulder. (Stripestar and Leopardstripe can be best friends maybe brother if Pop is ok)

[Weredog]

Cloudgaze's ears flattened against her head with guilt. She knew this was at least partially her fault. She could have just pushed Thrushleap away when she found out how she felt about her but no, she even sort of encouraged her feelings. "I'm sorry." She whispered an apology to all three of them, Stripestar, Leopardstripe, and Thrushleap, but of course only the other she-cat would hear her.

[ ooc;; Thrushleap will reason with Stripestar. Like she's said various times, she loves Stripestar. She just also happens to love Cloudgaze. ]

Thrushleap;;

Thrushleap bit her lip, thinking about how her mate would react. He.. he wouldn't stop loving her because of this, would he? Who would father her kits?? There was Cloudgaze, but.. what if.. what if he resented their kits??

Tiger saw Babble's puny catch and offered to share with him.

Leopardstripe sobbed. "But they are. The way they're talking about each other, and even talking to each other. Cloudgaze didn't defend me, she decided to defend Thrushleap." He cried. "I can't loose another mate because of another cat, again. I must be a terrible mate if this keeps happening." He cried.

Beaver hissed, then went to the bathroom and closed the door with his paws.
