Sunstar sighed and looked up as calmly as possible he felt as if he were going to fall apart hopping down the rocks to speak with Brackencloud. " It's fine i'm glad you came, did she ask to join the clan she sounds like a warrior to me," he mewed trying not to sound confused about what had happened with Forbiddensong.

Forbiddensong sighed and curled up, hoping that she looked like she was asleep.

Leona nodded in thanks and wormed her way into a corner, out of the way in respect to the one's who called the place home. She let her tired body flop down and curl up into a comfortable position, her eyes closing and the dark of sleep almost immediately taking her. Finally, she could sleep without worrying for her life.

"She didn't ask though when I told her some about clan life she seemed interested." Brackencloud thought back to her conversation with Leona. "She lost most of her kin and she sees a clan as one big family and I don't speak for her but I think that is exactly what she wants."

He nodded and flicked his tail towards camp. "Why don't we head back to camp and once she wakes we can ask her," he mewed glancing down at the water. "If she does want to become a warrior i'll have to find a mentor," he mewed sighing quietly.

"Alright." Brackencloud turned and headed back to camp though her mind was anywhere but the forest. She began to think about having Leona as her own apprentice. She really wanted one of her own now that her kits had left the nursery.

Sunstar padded into camp with Brackencloud next to him. "Do you think shes asleep still?" he asked patiently looking towards the apprentices den.

"I don't believe so, it didn't seem like she has slept in a while." Brackencloud didn't want to check and see and then accidentally wake her. "She's been through a lot."

Forbiddensong curled her tail over her nose and sighed softly. Her pale green eyes gleamed in the shadow.

Sunstar looked at the she-cat. "Well I suppose just come get me when she wakes up," he mewed followed by a friendly smile. He trotted off slowly trying to find Forbiddensong to see if she was upset with him.
