Nighttail nodded and sat on her haunches.

"alright..." he said standing up. He walked over to riverclaw. "could I please have a word with you?" he asked confidently.

"Huh?" Riverclaw asked turning his head away from Fernleaf. "Yes?" he asked Thunderclaw stepping away.

Thunderclaw breathed calmly "well, As you know Im not quite fond of you as you are not fond of me." he started. "well were kind of sharing sparrowwing at the moment... I know youve protected her and helped her throughout your life and all but I think its time you turn her over to me." he finished firmly.

Sparrowwing who had been listening through her head down on her paws in exasperation. He had basically just gone and done everything she had told him not to do. Riverclaw glared deeply at Thunderclaw. "First off! I dont know where your getting the idea that we're SHARING my sister! Secondly, YOU are the most idiotic FURBALL I've ever MET!" Riverclaw shouted and stalked off with his fur bristled.

Thunderclaw smiled "ill talk to you later then." he said arrogantly turning around and walked back to sparrowwing. "he hates me." he smiled.

"I TOLD you not to say that! No wonder you two hate each other your the exact same." Sparrowwing said exasperated.

"oh sparrowwing. Im nothing like he is. Hes arrogant and rude. He annoys the dung out of me" he said laying his head on his paws with a small chuckle.

"Your just saying all the bad stuff about him. All the bad stuff about you. Youre also funny and loyal, the both of you. And I love you both equaly." Sparrowwing said to Thunderclaw.

"Yeah and I love you too. But we could never be friends. Were destined to hate eachother." he sounded a bit dull but he still had a mischevious gleam In his eyes.

[You guys realize we already have all of you in the higher dens? Cause you'd all be dead if we hadn't. It's at least 2 feet high, and the Nursery is a ground den, at the bottom of the sloping cave end.]

Dapplestar's muddy paws were covered in sand. She sat on her belly, and licked them. The sand and mud tasted awful. She spat it out, then wobbled on cold shaky legs over to Shadowclaw. She purred and rubbed her head on his. "Do you think it will stop raining soon? The camp is destroyed... And this cold weather is terrible... Maybe we should make a huge Mossy nest in our den, and everyone get in it..." She suggested, knowing the other queens, especially fernleaf, who was suffering from open wounds, would need warmth to keep the many bodies alive.
