Echolight nodded in a agreement with Darkfoot but ahe silently decided that she would speak to Flamestar after their hunting patrol. She respected her leader's decision but wanted to know the reasoning behind it and she didn't want Nightpaw to feel left out. "Ready to go?" She asked the two warriors.

Swiftbreeze sat down outside the nursery. She heard her kits tousling inside, and she saw a hunting patrol ready to leave. She felt torn. I miss my warrior duties, she thought ruefully, but I'd never give up my kits, no matter how badly I want to be a warrior again. Swiftbreeze nodded firmly to herself. "But that doesn't stop me from wishing..." She whispered quietly.

Foxclaw followed Echolight eagerly, his claws itching. He wanted to dig them into some prey's pelt. He looked back at Darkfoot, and slowed to match his pace. "You don't seem to eager to go hunting," he stated casually.
