Gingerpaw rested his head on Blitzpaw's back and stared out a crack in the den at the few cats still left outside. He wanted to make sure everyone was alright but he didn't want to leave his crushes side either.

Foxtalon shook his head. "I think the cats I headed out with went back to camp." He gratefully leaned on her shoulder, his left front leg hanging uselessly and the gash on his flank still bleeding.

Tidestar took off running, leaving her clanmate with no one to help support him. She realized her mistake and called to him over her shoulder, "Sorry! Its black friday!" The leader rushed to Macy's to buy the last bottle of perfume. Tidestar dipped her head, focusing on the entrance of camp, which was now in sight.
