Guardians of Ga'Hoole: A New Era

Sapphire flew as fast as she could, but she could only travel so fast with her supplies. They reached Cape Gluax by daybreak, but Sapphire kept flying towards her forge.

[~ mew ~]

Aquila didn't feel exhausted, didn't feel anything but sadness and determination. He kept flying, keeping pace with Sapphire.

[Falkenfire]

Sapphire kept flying before she saw smoke rising from her forge, she squawked surprise and dove down, making sure to be careful. She landed at the foot of her cave, to see a beautiful white creature with the flames dancing around her.

[~ mew ~]

Aquila landed behind her, setting the stretcher down gently. He looked at the fire and the creature, but was more concerned with Emerald's health.

[Falkenfire]

A wolf walked out of the cave, smelling blood in the air. She snorted and brought out a few odd looking plants and berries. She dropped them down and started to press them gently onto the hurt owl, letting the juices seep into the wounds.

[~ mew ~]

Aquila watched, tense. 'Will she be okay?' he asked in a hushed voice.

[Falkenfire]

Ammy gave him a stiff whack on the back "'Course! You came to the right wolf." She raised her tail, not fearing a nip from a pack member and went back to try to shape things.
Sapphire sighed, "Isn't she great? The first smith-wolf."

[~ mew ~]

'Yeah, she's great,' Aquila said, shaking himself to get his feathers back into place.

Ammy walked back out and picked up the little Emerald, and carried her into the forge. "Come on in, no use staying in."
