Sandkit followed after Jaystar, a grin on his face.

Jaystar curled his tail in amusement. "Can I do anything for you, Sandkit?"

"Hi!" Sandkit said, running around Jaystar, stopping and looking up at him with his big green eyes.

Jaystar purred in amusement. "How old are you, Sandkit?" he inquired. He wasn't sure when to apprentice Sandkit if he didn't know his age.

Grizzlyheart turned to face JayStar."Could I maybe go on that patrol?" she asked her leader.

"Sure, ask Sparrowthorn," Jaystar mewed.

"Three moons!" Sandkit said.

Grizzlyheart nodded,and backstepped a few pawsteps away.She turned her head,and saw Sparrowthorn.She padded up to him."Sparrowthorn,I would like to join the patrol" she explained.
