As Blossomlight finished sorting the herbs she gave a faint smile at her neatness, her tail lightly swayed against the dusty ground before she walked out into the warm sun. She waved a hello towards the patrolling cats with her tail before she padded into the nursery to check on Moonflower; "Hello." She purred as she came in, seeing the pregnant she-cat. "How are you feeling?" Blossomlight knew that the she-cat was most likely to be depressed from losing her mate.

Spiderpaw spotted Tawnyfrost and smiled as he padded towards her, he didn't speak because that was when he always became nervous he just simply waved his tail and hoped his mentor wouldn't get angry.

Moonflower looked up as Blossomlight came into the nursery. "I'm fine," she said, trying to hide her thoughts of Brackentail. She forced a smile and it almost felt natural and real. She wondered why that was but didn't question it. Her eyes began to have their usual shine but it would never be complete.

Blossomlight nodded but she didn't quite believe the smile the she-cat gave, "If you need anything." She smiled, "Just to talk, or if your feeling unwell please come to me." She hated seeing her friend like this. Her long tail quickly wrapped around her legs as she gave a faint smile.

Moonflower's forced smile died down to a real weak smile. "Thank you, Blossomlight," she said in a tone that she knew she meant. "I think I'll be fine for now." Her tail, which had been wrapped around her, swung away from her in a fluid movement. She got to her paws. They were sore. She wasn't sure if she could leave the nursery but surely a small stretch in the nursery would be fine.

nightkit lay inside the nursery still fast asleep.

brightkit wondered out of the nursery. she looked around at the other cats then made her way to the fresh kill pile and took a mouse for nightkit and herself.
