[Yup, is Gamble okay? I just tried Samson because that's the name of my actual dog.]

[Here's his photo. click I have it locked so people can't use it.]

The girl you just called fat...she's overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly... she spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped... he is abused enough at home. See that man with the ugly scars... he fought for his country. That guy you just made fun of for crying... his mother is dying. Put this as your status if your against bullying.

.:Gamble:.
You may think a large dog, especially a Great Dane, wouldn't cower at the sight of something that shouldn't have scared him, but apparently that wasn't true. At the sight of a mouse the large brute would crawl up and wish to die.

This moment wasn't an exeption, either. He had been walking through a ghost town when he caught sight of a zombie. Any moment now he would be coming for the dog, to drain his flesh of blood. Unless he could flee and run for his life. It shouldn't be much trouble. Except the fact that the poor mutt was frozen and couldn't do anything but tremble. If he could just muster up enough strength... He had been walking for days non-stop and now that he had seen a zombie near-by he was frozen; his brain malfunctioning.

Unraveling his legs, Gamble built up enough courage to try an attempt that included running. He stumbled out of the small alley he had been hiding in and ran right, not stopping until he realised he was running towards the zombie instead of away, "Oh no. Please no." He began to shake uncontrollably as the zombie stepped forward. Thank goodness it sent enough jolt to his mind to have him spin around and run for his life through the small, dry ghost town. It seemed to be grey and unloved. Now if he could just manage to get out of here, he would be safe from all the things that scared him so much.

Sloan smiled lightly, seeing the way the large dog treated the zombie. She pranced around it with obvious ease, her attitude almost nonchalant about it. The zombie, obviously the no-brained beast it was, stumbled after the dog stupidly. She became too sure and confident, though, and even had the nerve to turn and talk to the other new arrival. Big mistake. Sloan leaped to his feet with a low snarl when the zombie latched on the the female's tail. Zombies sure were stupid, but once they get a hold of you, it was a sticky situation to get out of. Without a second thought, the Bukovina Sheepdog swiftly cleared the clearing between them with a few bounds, leaping towards the zombie with a snarl.

With a bunch a muscles and a leap, the massive dog barely cleared the female and landed with his paws outstretched right on top of the zombie. The zombie made a grunting/groaning sound in surprise, It's grip slipping off the other dog's tail. The zombie flailed It's arms backward, trying to prevent itself from falling. With a crack, it's head made contact with the pavement and it lay still for a moment, stunned. After a few seconds, it squirmed under Sloan, It's mouth opening and closing like a fish. Sloan quickly leaped off, being careful to keep his body away from it's mouth. "Uh, hi," he huffed, still feeling the adrenaline coursing from his veins from his encounter.

Lacking anything pulling her backwards, Fury tumbled forward and landed dazedly among the roots of the oak tree that she had been calmly dozing under not even five minutes ago. Funny how life works out that way. She struggled off her back and into a more comfortable and much less vulnerable position on her stomach. Four paws, two eyes, a tail, fur. Well, at least nothing was missing; except for her self-respect. She glanced up at that dog who was perched atop the zombie, growling as he - for she still had her nose, also - jumped down. "And what do you want?" she snapped rather angrily in defense of her wounded pride. She was having a hell of a time controlling her instinct to simply flee the scene, but that wound require navigating around the two dogs and the zombie, something her dexterity would not allow. Even if she did make it, they would just eat the little dog anyway. After a rather short internal discussion, she sat upright and held her ground.

Blue could understand the dalmation's disdain, for a stray dog proned to such independence it was painstaking to accept help from someone else. Blue motioned for the other dog to act as a crutch on the opposite side of the injured canine. She did not particularly care for the excess noise that the two dogs were making, her feet itched to get moving, staying in one place too long was never a good thing.

Compared to humans, canines retain little recollection of time or of the passing weeks. Although Blue had found herself aware of the passing seasons, the suspended autumn had begun to taken its toll. She was aware by now that there was no winter waiting behind the next bend. In her time on the streets she had learned quickly, thrown into a life or death situation she made Zombie her business to know. 'Know your enemies..' She did, and one of the many facts of the curious infected corpses was their sense of direction.

She had learned from experience that lurking downwind was not the answer, that their sense of smell was not their sole homing beacon. She had seen groups of dogs picked off one by one, some how the zombies seemed drawn to numbers. They would flock in hordes, creeping along at a sickening speed towards survivors. If you're in numbers, they will come

Sloan smiled slightly, his tail waving over his head in a friendly manner. She seems OK, he thought with a inward chuckle. He took a hesitant step away from the zombie, who was still on the ground, moving about and groaning. "Sorry, but you looked like you needed help," the Bukovina explained, his eyes squinting with humor. "I...didn't mean to bother you," he squared his shoulders, rolling his shoulders and facing the female.

((I feel very ridiculous asking this, but do you think I am literate enough for this roleplay based on my form? If I'm not I wouldn't want to disrupt your..uuhh...literateness.))

Jasper
Don't stop to let it pass you by,
You've got to look yourself in the eye and say, "I am wonderful."

Jasper simply stopped moving and pulled his body in on itself while he waited from any other movements. The little papillon was honestly terrified. "I never should've left the car.. Curiosity killed the cat and small dog.. Always the small dogs.." His voice was no higher then a quiet whisper as he watched what happened before him, occasionally licking at his spotted legs or whipping his tongue around his lips in his fear.

Jaspers eyes went to Sloan as he spoke, then went back to Fury as he waited for an answer. They didn't seem to notice his presence and the little dog let his eyes wonder back to the direction from which he'd first wondered into all this nonsense. He could dash back to his car but he'd more then likely be seen and what if these dogs chased after him? Oh, he didn't want that.. Never, never.. They'd probably tear his ears off. With the thoughts, Jasper pulled his ears closer to his head and cowered further down toward the ground as much as he hated it. Could you imagine how much dirt was embedding itself into his fur at that moment?

((Sorry it took me so long. :3 I'mma wait for .:Vitani:. before posting with Kiwi.))
