Arcadia and Karma || Eevee || With: Flare and Yuu
Arcadia gasped and immediately stopped humming as she was suddenly in the presence of a male trainer. She studied him for a moment, narrowing her eyes at the ginger that stood before her. She tenced up, unsure of what to do. Karma, however, tilted her head and carefully approached the snarling Poochyena. "Hello there!" Karma said excitedly, ignoring the fact the Poochyena seemed rather untrusting at the moment. Arcadia watched Karma and the other trainer carefully, untrusting of a stranger.

Flare and Yuu || The Encounter || With Arcadia and Karma
The sun was hitting my Poochyena's fur completely, showing his gold tint. I kept my eyes locked on the female trainer that stood before me. The Pokemon standing beside her started to carefully approach my partner. My ears stayed alert for what could possibly happen.

Moments later I heard the small Pokemon greet Yuu. He was surprisingly caught off guard by the reaction of the silver Eevee. She didn't seem to be affected by his growling. His snarls become louder again as he stands his ground. He wasn't backing down. "Yuu," I called out to him in a low, calm voice. My partner softened his growls and moved slightly closer to me.

"I apologise for my partner. Sometimes he doesn't know when to back down," I flash a rather charming smile to the black haired girl, continuing to speak. "This occurrence has obviously made him a bit on edge." My eyes shift themselves to focus on the beautiful Shiny Eevee in front of me. "This Pokemon looks to be slightly wounded. I think I might have a tasty Oran berry for it," I speak again before running my fingers through the front of my now dark red tinted hair.

Ares snorted, awkwardly shuffling over to her and grinned. "Hm, let me think about that... Ah, no. Especially not one that headbutts me as I walk over to see what was going on." He stated, sitting down and watching her carefully.

Arcadia kept her eyes on the opposing trainer for a moment before looking to the Poochyena and Karma. She make a small noise and Karma scampered back to her, sitting happily on her shoulder. Arcadia smiled at her partner before looking to the trainer, shifting uneasily as he smiled. He seemed to be innocent, meaning he probably wasn't in her eyes. "I appreciate the offer bu-" Arcadia stopped, her silver eevee rolling off of her shoulder and played dead. Arcadia signed, not too keen on socializing, but Karma seemed to have other plans. "I bet Karma would love that." Arcadia said quietly.

Prime || Absol { with Ghost | @Sonia }
Prime stared at the odd pokemon, glaring slightly at her. She sensed the fear, and to her horror Prime seemed to like it. Nevertheless, she sighed. "I will not kill you so long as you do not attack me." She stated bitterly, listening to the strangers question. "I believe an earthquake, but the cause is not known. Most humans disappeared, as did most pokemon. Those remaining have little to no memory of what happened and how life was before then, including myself." Prime said.

I look back over in the direction of the other trainer as her Pokemon jumps on her shoulders. Yuu does that also. I meet my eyes back with the female, noticing she seemed to be uncomfortable with the situation. My partner appeared to sense that as well resulting in him stopping his growls. He jumps on top of my tinted crimson hair, covering up most of it making the colour appear to be even darker.

Listening to the smaller girl speak, I shifted my eyes back to the Shiny Eevee just as it rolled off its trainer. It looked to be dead, but I knew that wasn't the case. I played along anyways to please the Pokemon. Reaching into my black and red throw over bag, I pull out an Oran berry. With it in my hand, I lean down and look over at the 'dead' Pokemon. "I can't feed a dead Eevee," I snicker slightly to myself.

It was the trip of a lifetime; a chance at fulfilling a dream. Yet he didn't want to leave.

Amos found his brown leather diary under his bed, gathering dust. When his grandmother gave it to him as a small child, he saved it until he set off on his journey to find the Legendary Dogs. He supposed it would come in useful and stuffed it into his grey satchel along with all the money he had, the HMs his father had given him and as many Pokeballs as he could find. After grabbing a coat from a hook on his way out, he called to his first Pokemon.

"Kera! We're leaving!"

With a short bark and a distinct clatter, a large Manectric appeared at his feet, wagging her tail wildly. Amos patted her head, mindful of the sparks that occasionally spat from her fur, and left the small farmhouse behind.

It was painful leaving the house, but Amos was too afraid to stay. He had already set out on his quest and promised himself that he would not return until he had finished it. A moment crossed his mind - himself as a child, playing with the baby Pokemon that had just hatched. Amos smiled faintly and continued, Kera trotting at his heels. The two trooped out of the small town that had been their whole world for so long and into the wild.

It wasn't long before Amos found himself frowning at an old map. The edges were ripped and the paper was brittle on the folded edges - Amos had to be careful with his large hands. Muttering to himself, he pulled out his notes on the Legendary Dogs. All he knew was their names, a vague description and that they roamed freely, never settling in a den of some sort. The papers he had were scrawled with hasty notes and sketches. Amos sighed and looked over the top of his papers - Kera was busy snapping and chasing a passing Vivillon. The teen smiled and reached for his camera - it was as if nothing had happened at all. As if everything was as it had been.

Sonia blinked. An earthquake? How had she not noticed? She'd been told she tended to be ignorant of what was happening on the ground while she was flying, but she lived close enough to the city that the plants should have been affected. She made a mental note to actually pay attention from then on. "Oh. I can't believe I didn't know about that." Irritated with herself, she sighed. "Is there anything I can do to help?" While she would probably not be able to do much where battle was concerned, she had... other skills.
