I turned around and stared into the blind tom's gaze. "Oh, yes of course. Maybe I could take London. She seemed a bit lonely." I padded out of the den spotting London right away.

"Duststar, do you know where Bumblecloud is? I was supposed to go on the patrol this morning..." I questioned.

Bumblestripe led the cats out of the etrance. He sighed and caught the scent of a rabbit.

I padded up to London. "Would you like to come with me to get some catmint in the twoleg gardens? It might help you get familiar with the territory!" I said to her. She looked at me and grinned. "Surely. When do you plan on leaving?" She asked. "I was thinking, maybe now?" I said. She nodded and we padded out. I mewed my goodbye to Rainfur before I left.

"I think he and his patrol is still out. He should be back soon, don't worry." I persuaded.

"Thank you, Duststar." I left her den and padded toward the fresh-kill pile. It's a nice day today. I'll ask Bumblecloud if I can go on the after noon patrol. I took a vole left over from the feast last night.
