Well, the one high rank per person still applies, but we should decide on a name and history first.

That's kind of a tough rule to have, since there aren't that many role players, and several of them aren't even involved in the plans. Both of us have high ranks.

Yeah, I was thinking that, but it depends on how many high ranks there'll be. I'm planning to make exceptions for the really active role players though.

Castiel is right, I think all the active roleplayers have a high rank. Plus, you don't want someone that barely knows how to use the high rank.
