Shadow looked at Dove, whom was crouching just behind his left hind leg. They were located just outside the camp and out of sight. "You remember the plan right? I distract them while you grab yourself some food from the kill pile." Shadow whispered. Dove nodded. Shadow slowly crept forward and out into view of any and all clan cats. "Hey, over here!"

Herringpaw narrowed his eyes at the loners. "Hey! Are you here to beg for food? Cause you're not getting any!" He boldly stated.

Shadow gave an innocent look. "Me? I wouldn't dream of it!" He said. It was saud in a slightly arrogant tone. He went up closer to the loner. "Your a little young to be taking on a loner."

"I'm doing great, thanks. How about you, Cornfur?" Salmonfall smiled, licking a forepaw before drawing it over an ear.

"Great," Cornfur purred, then glanced up at the sky before looking back at Salmonfall. "Wanna share a fish with me? I haven't eaten all day and I swear I'm dying," He said with a smirk.

Tidestar calmly padded over to Shadow, so she stood a tail-length away from him. With a flick of her tail, she shooed Herringpaw away. She'd deal with this one. "I know you're the loner that keeps coming in our territory, you and that small little she-cat. Your scent is everywhere when the border patrols go to remark our borders. I know that you're a clever tom, a trickster in fact." Tidestar told Shadow, showing no hostility towards him.

Salmonfall laughed, "Of course, I don't want you to die." She peered at the entrance of camp. "Say, Cornfur, who's that?" She asked, staring at Shadow.

Fawnleaf glances up from her waterproof fur, and watches what's going on near the entrance of the camp. Raising her head from her side and ruffles her fur.

Cornfur followed Salmonfall's gaze towards Shadow. He caught the tomcat's foreign scent on the wind, and he could feel his claws sliding in and out, even the slightest hint of a confrontation got him excited. "I don't know, probably just some loners. Can't fend for themselves so they have to mooch off of us," he hissed, not taking his gaze off of Shadow.
