Flintpaw had to strain to her the warrior, but he only nodded. He then grabbed Specklepaw and with some difficulty against the blowing wind, started to drag her to the apprentices den.

Shaking her pelt, the mud flew everywhere, sometimes splattering Dawnpelt and Flintpaw, and thanked them with a nod and meowed, "Thanks, now let's not do that again!" she meowed, bounding into the apprentices den and grooming her pelt.
"Mouse-dung!" She realized that rain-water had leaked into the den.
Ugh..

Flintpaw huffed as some mud splattered onto his jet-black fur. He rolled his eyes before following her inside. He shook his pelt and then grumbled as some rain-water dropped onto his head. He looked up and huffed, "great, just great."

Dawnpelt sat near them,her fur now had mud on it."Stupid Rain..."She said.

Flintpaw looked over at Dawnpelt, "I wonder when it's going to stop. I want to go back to training!"

"I agree. I would love to go on a patrol or hunt! I'd even be happy to lay in the sun right now!"

Shallow-Water opened his Amber eyes when he heard the quarrel outside the den.
He rolled over in his nest, only to get a pelt-full of water.
Yuck!
Hissing bitterly, he stretched and poked his head outside the den and padded out to see the rain dying down.
He bounded across the clearing and padded into the apprentice's den with Lightpaw, Flamepaw, Flintpaw, and Specklepaw, then saw Dawnpelt sitting near the entrance.
"Greetings," he meowed bitterly, showing that he was grumpy.
"I think the storm is dying down, but let's not judge it by what it looks like now," he meowed, sitting down at the entrance.
"My den is full of water, and my nest is soaked," he hissed bitterly, grooming his soaked pelt.
