She is simply a winged timber wolf.
Species Description:
Winged wolves are not a unique specie, they are very easily described as simple wolves with wings. Their wings can have different colors on them just like their bodies can. Speaking of, their body can be of any wolfish shape. The specie takes to the air and soars through the sky like a bird. However, they often can't swim very well because their wings give a lot of extra weight when wet. The only basic difference between a winged wolf and regular wolf is that one has wings.

This femme is four years old, even though her powers are much older; being passed down through her family for many generations.
Basic Description:
Flash is a light golden color, meant to seem like the color of lighting, even though lightning seems more like a flash of white. Her eyes are a very pale silver that will glow completely white when angered or using her powers. The femme's wings are the same color of her pelt with luminous gold tipped on the end of ever feather, to make her wings seem like they were glowing. Her appearance is not for beauty, it is to represent a walking element of lightning and electricity. Her figure is slim and tall, so she can have a fast speed on all fours and in the sky, which also gives her long legs. She is very light weight as well.
Magical Abilities:
Flash, having the name and appearance, has control over lightning and electricity. Her powers seem more as a combat magic, for, when do you ever need lightning any other time? When she is anger, she's been known to randomly crash lightning bolts in the surrounding areas. Hopefully, she isn't angry at a certain wolf, for she might accidently strike them. Though she has control over it, lightning can still be unpredictable. Usually, she only shoots angry lightning bolts in a storm, though she might be powerful enough to summon a storm. Her wings give much advantage to her powers, for it helps her to get up into the sky and have a birds eye view of where to shoot her lightning.
