Murderers in Riverclan V.2 [Roster Update 10/30]

Minnowheart woke up, she lazily padded out of the warriors den and saw, Violetkit, Burntstripe and Birchgaze talking about something. She walks towards them. "What are you guys talking about?" She asks gleefully, but her heart falls when she hears Birchgaze say "...Missing"

Burntstripe shook his head at Birchgaze and Minnowheart. "I think you're overreacting a bit. Riversplash is a grown cat, she probably just left to get a drink and didn't want to wake Violetkit up." He glanced around the camp. Things were going quite slow this morning... "If it would make you guys feel a bit better though, we can go check it out. I'm sure Coalface won't get too mad at me for ducking out a bit early on patrol, three cats it practically patrol size anyway."

Nightpaw overhears the conversation. "Riversplash is missing?" she repeats after the others, hurrying to join the conversation.

Burnstripe sighed and looked at Nightpaw. "I just said that she's probably just getting a drink. But if everyone is sooo worried, we can all take a little fieldtrip down to find her. I'm just stating on the record that you were the ones overreacting when we see her."

[Nocturnal Creatures]

Ashblaze had been late to wake that morning. She had been out on a late night patrol the night before and had needed the small amount of extra sleep that she had achieved. She padded out of the warriors den and approached the groups of cats, listening in to what the others were saying. Riversplash... She sat by and waited to see if there were any orders or duties for her to do, since she knew that having so many cats out searching for Riversplash may not have been the best idea.

[Chicken-]

Minnowheart hung her head. She thought to herself. "We are making a big deal out of this..." Minnowheart looked over to Burntstripe. Yeah... We are overacting. We should go find her. Birchgaze, are you coming?"

"Who said I was overreacting?" Nightpaw retorts. "If she is only getting a drink, like you said, then yeah, we've got nothing to worry about, but if something's happened, I need to be ready to help Stonesong treat her."

"Yes, I'll come." The Tom nodded his head, anxiety gripping his heart. They were most likely overreacting, but there was a feeling of doubt over him. "I'm sure we're overreacting, but what's the harm in checking?"

Violetkit had become overwhelmed, why was eveyone so interested in Riversplash leaving camp.. she was just getting a drink, right? "I wanna go! I'm gonna be five moons soon and I was following her sent first!" Puffing up the she-cat wasn't backing down if they said no.

The Tom looked at the kit, his eyes softening. "If Birchstar or Burnstripe says its alright." The tom sighed, knowing he should just tell the kit no. Although he had no interest in having kits of his own, he had a soft spot for them. "If you can't go, I'll tell you everything when we come back."
