Wolfheart noted her respect in letting him eat first, then took a bite.

Iceshard woke up from his nap and survied th clearing.

Eagleflight took a bite after Wolfheart did, savoring it before swallowing.

Wolfheart ate the prey with Eagleflight until it was gone. He got up, "I'm glad we did this."

[mr.kingrichard]

Eagleflight nodded and stood up. "We should catch more, for the clan."

Wolfheart smiled at her, "Yes, we should." He paused, "You really aren't a bad cat you know. You seem loyal to them."

"I don't have any other choice. There's nowhere else I can go," she sighed dejectedly.

Wolfheart gave her a good-hearted nudge with his nose, "But you could have been a loner. You joined this clan by your own will. You may not know it, but the clan respects and needs you."

Eagleflight sighed. "Whatever you say. Come on, let's go catch more prey."
