Tide just sits there, grinning like an idiot. He shuffles his paws slightly, and glances over at Flower, waiting for her to speak up.

he growled. "shut up, fishbrain!" he hissed, swiping his paws around in the air.

"Really!!" Tide's judgment completely flies out of the window, "Yes please!" He almost jumps up from excitement.

"Climb on and hang on", she said shifting, "This could get messy".
(I feel like this would end badly XD)

"Are you trying to intimidate me, ya seaslug?" Fox hissed, jumping to his paws. His tail was all fluffed out, and his fur bristled. With lips pulled back in a snarl, he swatted at the loner, catching him on the nose. He decided he would use claws if it came to that, of course, but for now he was hoping to scare the other into stopping.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" he hissed, grabbing onto the apprentices paw and biting into it.

The pale gray and white tabby she-cat growled, getting in between the two younger cats. "No fighting, or I'll have you battle training with Rumble. And you, didn't I warn you that if you try to use your paw that you might never be able to use it again?" Rain hissed at both of them.

The gray/brown tabby tom backed away, not really wanting to see the result of this.

Fox gave a yowl of pain, using his free paw to bat mercilessly at the loner. He managed to get a good few swipes in - even nicked the opponent with his claw- before being stopped abruptly by Rain. At first, he refused to back down: however, as soon as he heard what his consequences would be, he immediately shrank back, wide eyed, "Yes ma'am..." This didn't stop him, of course, before sticking his tongue out at the loner as he got scolded as well.

the toms' ears were flattened against his head. "can I still play in the water?" he meowed, it sounding quite like a whisper.
