[Emily Senpai]

Strongheart sat by himself near the edge of camp. The blonde tom normally kept to himself. This was not only due to his unknown, yet supposedly tragic past, but also because he never thought he fit it. Other cats would often describe him as hard working and loyal, but much too serious at times. And who know, maybe they were right? Strongheart sighed to himself, looking at his paws with his ears furrowed forward.

Sootwhisker frowned. "Why? What's going on?" She asked, limping slowly towards the younger cat.


tigerpaw cocked his head. "Oh yes that's right...snowfeather was your mentor." He snorted as he scraped together some moss. "Ah... I feel sorry for you," he chided, not moving his Amber gaze from the moss he was collecting into a corner spot. "I can't believe Lionstar would stick a cat with so much potential with a mentor who is so flea brained as to get herself hit by a monster!" He stated, flicking his dark tabby ears.

Dewpaw didn't know how to answer that, a compliment to her was in there but not towards her mentor "I don't think I have that much potential. I wasn't able to keep up with her to say that a monster was coming." she frowned. She didn't bother with moss and just curled up on the cold dirt that was all over. "But she defiantly could have been more careful." she looked towards the entrance to the apprentice den. "I guess the bright side is, I get to sleep in from now on and no more dawn patrols."

"I heard Snowfeather got hit by a monster." Bramble claw said matter of factually "I wonder if Lionstar would give her a new mentor?" he was thinking about the well being of Dewpaw.

Tigerpaw shrugged. "That's okay. You'll probably get a far better mentor anyways. Maybe one that can actually teach you something!" He put emphasis on the word teach, as if stating that snowfeather was clearly a horrible mentor and was undeserving of the warrior life.


Sootwhisker frowned. "Well that's too bad, is she alright?" The elderly cat curled her thin gray tsil around her paws. "Lionstar will probably give her a new mentor. I don't think she will be delayed any."

he padded back to camp with a vole, mouse, and a finch he felt so worn out from searching for prey since his first kill hadn't gone well, he entered the camp and padded over to the fresh-kill pile and set his kill down, he took a mouse for Dewpaw thinking it would cheer her up, he had known about her mentor's injury, he took a vole for himself and padded back to the Apprentice's den

The small tom pads into the apprentices den, overhearing a bit of Dewpaw and Tigerpaw's conversation. "Congratulations Tigerpaw, I look forward to training with you." He says, dipping his head towards the new apprentice before turning his attention to Dewpaw. "You'll probably be assigned a temporary mentor until Snowfeather has recovered, though that is if her vision returns to normal..." He says, a hint of worry in his tone. He pauses, looking over at Tigerpaw with a frown. "Snowfeather is a great warrior, she only just made a mistake is all, everyone does it. Plus you shouldn't ridicule your clanmates like that." He growls softly

tigerpaw let out a soft growl. "It's not my fault that some cats don't pull their own weight around here." He muttered, giving ravenpaw a cold stare before turning into his nest and flopping down

he mewed with a muffled voice "hey Dewpaw, Tigerpaw, Ravenpaw" setting down the prey he had brought he mewed "this is for you Dewpaw, just to cheer you up, I'm sorry what happened" he picked up the mouse and set it down in front of Dewpaw and sat down grabbing his own prey. (Dewpaw didn't eat yet right e3e?)

Dewpaw stayed silent for some time, she liked Snowfeather and gave a few helpful tips about hunting with white fur. She opened her mouth to say something but decided against it and closed her mouth, resting her head on her front paws. (How old is Tigerpaw?) Dewpaw lifted her head "Have you learned a lot with your mentor?" she asked quietly, to break the silence. (before ravenpaw came in)

Brambleclaw shrugged "I don't know really. I just over heard that she got hit by a monster. I am not sure if she will retire early or just be in the medicine den for a while." he nodded to what she had said about delay "It is a big delay in Dewpaw's apprenticeship." he had always pushed Dewpaw to be better, never once thinking about what she wanted.

Dewpaw didn't say anything to Ravenpaw, she didn't even know about the blindness.
