"The usual warrior duties, hunt, patrol," he mewed. "life is boring sometimes." he chuckled.

"Okay." the tom murmured, dipping his head to her. He stretched, flexing his forepaws on the soil and leaves, then flicked out his tail and stepped forwards. Heronleap gazed over at the tabby she-cat for a moment, offering her a small brief smile.

Swiftsong followed.

"It can be" Rookstream laughed with him, her eyes dancing with laughter. "But I guess that is life, I'm sure something will break it up, like kits" She said softly, embarrassed at her own forwardness. Licking her chest she tried to hide it.

"Kits would be very nice to have in the clan." he mewed with a soft purr. "No need to be embarrassed." he adds.

Rookstream looked at the tom, the smile returning to her face. "Thanks" She purred back, her white tail flicking.

He nodded, and purred, "Which do you prefer hunting or fighting?"

"Hunting" Rookstream said with a purr, "I have always loved it more" She added, her thoughts of hunting instantly calming her.

He nodded, and purred. "I enjoy hunting, but, I cant exactly do it." he chuckled. "I'm built more for fighting, and fighting is where I specialize." he adds, standing up again.

"I can see that" Rookstream said, following suit and standing. Shaking her fur she tried her best to get the sand that had stuck out. Looking at the tom she let an unspoken question fill her eyes.
