SunClan's Story [New Thread]

Naomi's eyes lit up at the scent of catmint. The herb was valuable, and rare this late in the season. "Oh, thank you!" she said warmly, unconsciously kneading the ground the way they did when she was happy. "That's very kind of you." She liked having herbs with her; it was always good to have something to treat herself if she got sick or hurt, or if she found anyone in need of it in her travels. And she knew several cats willing to trade some beautiful things for herbs like this. "I don't suppose you'd be interested in any more trinkets?" she asked, hoping for a way to repay Foxstride.

Foxstride just shook her head and smiled at the tabby, "I just wanted to do something nice." Foxstride settled back down and curled her tail around her as the chill in the air seemed to bit through her silky coat. Fox honestly hates cold weather, it just isn't fun. Foxstride chuckled at the thought she just had. She looked over at the tabby, "Can rogues be nice every now and then?"

Owlkit didn't understand her words, but the tone was calm, and sounded kind, so his curiosity won out. The she-cat extended her paw, and Owlkit cautiously stepped forwards to sniff it, his blue eyes fixed on her the whole time. She smelled, not of family and clan, but of forests and wind and far away places. His eyes widened as he sat back, still staring at her.

Smallstep looked up and lashed her tail, Moonfeather was near her kit. The mother didn't know everyone yet, and thiscat defiantly didnt smell clan. Smallstep didn't want anyone hurting her kit. The she cat slides towards Owlkit and wrapped her tail around him. " Go with your siblings." She said with her gaze steady and dark.

Hearing his mother's stern voice, Owlkit scampered quickly away. Maybe he was wrong about the strange she-cat being nice, he thought. His mother didn't seem to like her.

Moonfeather watched the kit walk away as she lowed herself to the ground to protect herself from the queen's fury. She quickly lowered her gaze to the ground and attemped to back away slowly. "I wasn't gonna hurt him," she whispered trying her best to not to anger the mother. Moon knew how mothers could get about their young. She remeber the time a fox tried to get Foxstride, she was furious. Moon stopped moving as her foot hit the brambles behind her. Moon doubted she could run through the brambles and beat the mother. She needed to get out of this quickly before it escilates and attracts more attention than she needs at this point.

(Sorry it took so long. I hate having to rp off my iPod. I cannot wait to get a new computer!)

Stonekit smiled and nuzzled him, he knew tigerclaw wouldn't go back on his word.

Specklekit twisted his tail on hers and smiled.

Brightkit looked at barkkit and smiled she batted at his nose, hollyclaw watched all the kits not noticing specklekit and pebblekit.

Gingerpaw nodded and ran next to her mentor "I'm ready for this, I know it " she whispered to herself

Tigerclaw smirked and stood, nosing Stonekit, "Go play with your friends now." He chuckled as he moved to sit beside Hollyclaw.

Cherryleaf nodded, "Now go." SHe mewed and vanishe dinto the underbrush.

Smallstep growled." How do I know that though, what business do you have here?" Smallstep growled, she too did not notice Pebblekit nor Specklekit. Pebblekit smiled and rubbed against Specklekit. Barkkit looked at Brightkit he lifted his paw and yawned.

Smallstep growled." How do I know that though, what business do you have here?" Smallstep growled, she too did not notice Pebblekit nor Specklekit. Pebblekit smiled and rubbed against Specklekit. Barkkit looked at Brightkit he lifted his paw and yawned.

Moonfeather flattened herself even more and whispered, "I just happened here. I was in the woods looking for my sister and I-I just kinda walked in here. I swear I mean no harm to your or your young," Moon started to back away into the brush, "So I will just leave now."

Specklekit smiled and nuzzled her, but he felt that this was wrong and they would be punished for this, he pulled back a bit then he ran out back to the others, even though he wanted to stay with her.
Hollyclaw smiled at tigerclaw "you two are cute together" she purred
Stonekit nodded and moved back over to the other kits he looked for pebblekit he followed her sent and walked into the bush"hi pebblekit" he mewed softly
Gingerpaw ran ahead into the fields, she got low immediately and picked out the sent of prey, it was a mouse 'I got this come on show her how good you are' she thought then moved swiftly and silently through the tall grass she saw the mouse she swayed her weight evenly then pounced and bit her pray quickly then looked around and buried her prey she kept going...

Cherryleaf nodded her head with silent approval as she moved through the trees silently, leaves gently falling as she moved but not too noticably.

Tigerclaw purred, "I'm all the litle warrior's got since he lost his family in the fire.

Smallstep began to relaxe, her shoulders drooped. The she cat's eyes were full of exhaustion. However she didn't let her guard down, not quite yet. Although she made no reply, she began to turn away trusting the she cat's words. She was exhausted and tired. The she cat didn't know how much more of this she could take. She missed Hawk, she didn't know him that long but he was nice and gentle. Smallstep kept a eye on the rogue before turning around. There was Owlkit, Strawkit. Barkkit! He was near a Brightkit. The she cat bristled and kept a steady eye on him for awhile which seemed like moons. Wait isn't there four? Four! Pebblekit! Smallstep's ears pricked in alarm as she jumped up in the air looking around frantically. Once she noticed Pebblekit she relaxed, until she seen how close she and Specklekit were to each other. Smallstep bristled as she growled. The she cat smirked with satisfaction as Specklekit raced off. Pebblekit jumped to her paws and pinned her ears sadly as she watched him run away. The she cat looked at Stonekit and mewed, as if she was saying Hello. The she cat wouldn't try to talk around anyone else, but Specklekit.

Specklekit stood back up then walked to pebblekit" I'm sorry I just dont want you to get in trouble" he mewed
Stonekit ran to barkkit and brightkit.

Gingerpaw ran again and this time caught a bird, when she jumped into the air and lashed her claws at it then pulled it to her jaws.

Hollyclaw looked at her kits "I don't know what I'd do if I'd ever lose them" she mewed

Pebblekit purred lightly." Mwe noe scawer ofe Smwallsteepe." Mewed the kit as her mother padded up behind her. " Excuse me young lady." her mother growled from behind her. Strawkit looked up at Stonekit.
