Aspenthorn's tail lashed sighing. He didn't want to guilt her into being his mate, he wanted for her to honestly love him him, slowly he placed his catch in the fresh kill pile. "Is it ok if I rest in the warriors' den? The herbs are working I'm just a little stiff and tired." He didn't want to to be 'fine i guess', he wanted her to want to be his mate too. The big tom sighed, slinking away from the medicine cat, wanting to curl up and sleep till the full moon.

Cloudpaw shyly padded into the clan clearing, looking around quietly. He made his way to the fresh kill pile, taking a small bird and bringing it over to a corner in the clan clearing. The young apprentice bit into his meal, avoiding eye contact.

"yeah ok" she said sarcastically "well lets go then you can show me how good you are..." she bounded off and out of camp leaving the tip of her tail as it disappeared behind the ferns and she ran to the large willow and climbed it quickly trying to hide from the black and white tom to see how good he was at tracking and she hid in a nook, completely hidden.

The tom puffed out his fur as he felt the cold breeze blow. ''Well, it's a bit chilly.'' Her fur looked like it was a lot warmer for leaf bare than his medium length fur. He looked down at his brown and white paws. His pelt would blend in fairly well while he was hunting in the winter. ''It probably make everything easier for you though.''
